Went back to the shop to exchange but the manager didn't even bother and said that that was a final sale and there was nothing they could do. Does she think I will ever be back in that store or recommend it? Never and to no one. I had paid cash as I know small businesses like that get hit with credit card fees. Next time will know better. Pay in card and contest with merchant as what I bought was defective and this store customer service is inexistent. Don't bother and go somewhere where quality and customers matter

I asked if I can exchange the colors and the girl said "We dOnt Do ExcHanGes" I busted out my receipt and it literally said I can exchange within 12 days. She then messages her manager and tells me I have to walk down the street to return the corset for store credit. Then walk back to her store to get the brown corset. How freaking annoying and inconvenient!! This place sucks

I wore them for 2 days and experienced a severe allergic reaction to nickel. So she flat out lied to me, even though she could have not known they were nickel, she shouldn't have sold them to me claiming to be something that they are not. These earrings are not as good quality as they say they are, I want my money back. Also, in the picture you can see how infected my third piercing got after 2 days.
