It broke within a couple months. I called them and they said to bring it in and the girl fixed it as it was just the clasp. Well, it broke again this time it was the soldering. Went into the store today and explain to the girl who worked there what happened. She was very condescending and blew me off. Not what I expected since I've been a customer for many years. Sad... it will be a long time before I purchase anything again.

I asked if I can exchange the colors and the girl said "We dOnt Do ExcHanGes" I busted out my receipt and it literally said I can exchange within 12 days. She then messages her manager and tells me I have to walk down the street to return the corset for store credit. Then walk back to her store to get the brown corset. How freaking annoying and inconvenient!! This place sucks

They have a nice variety of dresses, sweaters, pants, pajamas and leisure wear. They have accessories as well as amazing smelling candles. I've shopped here a few times and today I was lucky enough to run into the owner while shopping. She is super personable and went above and beyond, offering water and styling a look with me. I wore them for 2 days and experienced a severe allergic reaction to nickel. So she flat out lied to me, even though she could have not known they were nickel, she shouldn't have sold them to me claiming to be something that they are not. These earrings are not as good quality as they say they are, I want my money back. Also, in the picture you can see how infected my third piercing got after 2 days.
