Very disappointing experience with InMotion Wellness…read more I initially purchased a 3-month package and was given the impression that I would be contacted before the 3 months were up to see whether I wanted to continue. I never received a call, notification, or receipt letting me know that I was being enrolled into an ongoing monthly membership. I later discovered that I had been charged $199 per month, despite the fact that I have not used the services at all. I also did not receive receipts or any communication notifying me that these recurring charges were taking place. Once I realized what was happening, I contacted the Statesville location to ask about canceling the membership and getting a refund. I was told someone would get back to me, but I never received a call back or any follow-up. I understand that memberships can have terms and conditions, but there is a big difference between knowingly agreeing to a recurring membership and believing you are purchasing a 3-month package and will be contacted about continuing afterward. I'm extremely disappointed with how this has been handled, particularly the lack of communication and follow-through when I tried to resolve the issue directly. I hope InMotion will take responsibility for the situation and make this right.

It has recently come to our attention, someone has seen fit to post some very negative…read morestatements,regarding the RT Berry School and of Master Berry himself. We felt it incumbent, on ourselves to offer our own opinions and observations on the matter. We have a daughter and six grandchildren that train at the school. Our grandchildren range in the age from six to twenty,so you can imagine the number of functions we have attended there. Belt testings, black belt testings,black belt dinners,the annual picnic, plus all other functions that have occurred over the years. This has given us the opportunity to observe first hand how the school is operated and how Master Berry and his staff inter act with the students and their families. Our daughter grandchildren my wife and myself hold Master Berry and his staff in the highest esteem. It is our opinion that they have made a vey positive and lasting effect on the lives of the students in their care. We have three children,the oldest is fifty,plus a total of nine grandchildren. One does not come this far in life without having experience with all sorts of youth organizations. In our opinion the RT Berry School, exemplifies what an organization dealing with youth should be. They as well as adults are taught responsibility, respect for themselves as well as others. Pride in the community,and COUNTRY, at age appropriate training.The students from the school will become the honest upright citizens this country was built on . We would like to thank Master Berry and his staff for their efforts . It has been our experience in life that no matter how hard you attempt to set high standards for yourself and those around you,there will always be someone with an axe to grind . HOW UNFORTUNATE!
