The associate at Smith's took the time to explain that the starter I previously had was old, which is why it failed, and they guaranteed that the replacement they installed was brand new. Their service and communication throughout the entire visit were excellent and very reassuring. On my second visit, my car wouldn't start and had to be towed. I called in the morning, and they immediately recommended a partnered tow company, got my car into the shop, and had it fixed before closing the same day. Chris kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. Smith's Autoshop is now my go-to auto shop.
