"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE" The gentleman work at this location are very nice and kind. From the moment I walked into the location I was greeted by two gentlman who were readily available to assist me with my needs. As I approached DAVID, he greeted me with a smile early in the morning although I was extremely tired from working as a nurse the night before. I inquired about receiving an EMISSIONS test. He gathered all of my information ( INsurance card) and proceeded to provide an approximate time frame of 45 minutes. Now this was impressive to me because when you enter an establishment clearly in a work uniform it means I am going to work or coming from work. The mere fact he provided me with an estimated time shows he VALUES TIME. I accepted the estimated time frame and provided my keys. He offered me to have a seat in the waiting area and guided me to the refreshment area. I was so sleepy I sat down in those nice comfortable chairs and fell asleep. Literally before the 45 minutes I believe he was done and my car was parked near the front door so I can walk out and right to my car. You talk about service with a smile is an understatement. I am so looking forward to making sure I keep this location in mind for my car needs as well as referring them to others. Then I thought things could get no better than I receive a text from CHRIS the owner who thanked me for choosing them for my services and coming back if I needed more help. I was looking for an auto shop where car ac can be fixed with reasonable price! So I called many places around me and many cost so much just doing diagnostic procedure I turned them down because of their ridiculous price offer. But I found this place after I called dozens of auto shop around! They run a diagnostic test for $70 and found a potential issue for my car! I was expecting to replace compressor and other miscellaneous AC unit devices but they made my car AC fairly cold without buying a new AC unit. Idk the technical words regarding to this but they found the issue that my car has too much air in the Freon gas pipe etc which made my AC blow hot during the day time. They extracted/drained those air and filled up Freon gas itself in it. I feel the coldness in my car! Recently bought new tires and needed an alignment done. Tire place told us to come here. $99 for a 3 year alignment was a great deal and I would give them 5 stars for this. However I asked them about changing our car battery and doing a coolant flush. They wanted $40 more for the coolant flush than the place we planned to take the car. We asked if they would match the price or move off their number and they told me to take the car to the other place!!! The car dealership ran tests during a recent oil change and told us we needed a new battery. I asked if they would change the battery too and they refused to do it without paying a $70 fee to test the battery. I explained it was just tested by the dealer but they didn't care! Had to go elsewhere for the battery too!!! One star for every service they offer other than alignments!!! read more

Matthew and the Auto Check Elite team were a pleasure to deal with. Quick background - Unfortunately for me my Range Rover Sport engine was deemed unrepairable after being diagnosed with a worn piston rod ring and worn crank shaft bearings. Only fix was to get the engine replaced. After getting an outraging quote from the dealer I went on the search for a 2nd opinion and alternative options. Decided to try Auto Check Elite following numerous recommendations. Ultimately ended up having the engine replaced for an OEM, rebuilt one for 1/3 of the dealer's cost. In addition, the engine replacement came with a 3yr/36k mi warranty, which ended reiterating my decision to give the work to these guys. After all said and done, had the vehicle back within a reasonable turnaround time and is currently driving just a well as it did before the engine failed. The shop is very clean and I left impressed by the people, capability, professionalism and price. Happy to say that they have found a new, long term customer and I highly recommend them to others! Precursor, I have almost 15 years of Automotive Experience Today I checked into Auto Check Elite with a car that was in perfect running condition, No Check Engine Light, Levels were perfect. They told me shortly after I dropped the car off (about 10-15 minutes later) the Check Engine light was on and said that this was a "Courtesy Call" and I would fail inspection unless I paid $120 for a "Diagnostic" that took 5 min when I took it to Pep Boys just down the street. If you have heard the horror stories about people who take advantage of people when they get their car inspected this shop fits that bill exactly. I got my car taken care of at Dillon's Automotive just down the road, and I would recommend them over Auto Check Elite any day of the week. Take this review as from an Industry Professional that needed a quick inspection done when he brought his car to Texas from his home in Florida On A Side Note: The manager did try to convince me to stay and he would do the diagnostic for free after I told them I would leave this review. I said No Thank You quite simply because I did not trust them to work on my car Response to owner's response below: Honestly I am really glad that you guys are not the welcoming committee to Texas. In my 15 years in the automotive industry I have never heard of such a customer dropping off a car with no check engine light, and 10 minutes later it's miraculously on Second I've never heard of someone charging $120 to plug the OBD computer in, these are things you are going to need to fix in your business plan if you want to succeed. I went there to do tire alignment and they told that there is leakage and needs 70$ additional to check it and later on it was water pump which they quote me 1800$ to change water pump, timing belt and anti freeze liqued. I was shocked about price so i went to another garage and got 1400$ so i called toyota and they qoute 1200$ ( Toyota official dealer is cheaper) in end I found a garage did same job for 800$ so i save 1k. Second time i have problem in brake as car is shaking while braking and since i did tire alignment there so i thought that they can check it but NOOO must pay for check up 70$ so i pay it so i will know what is the issue and was told that i need to change brake disk, pads, caliper and brake fluid and they quote me 1400$ so i called same garage i did previous job and he qoute me 500$ so again i save 1000$. I really dont understand why thier prices is extremely high and i feel they are cheating people for that. Second time today, I went in asking for recommendation for a collision center because my alignment was way out of place. This dude was NOT wearing a mask, looked apathetically and pointed at Caliber collision blankly. I told him caliber collision only take insurance and I didnt need to file a claim for something thats relative trivial (probably axel slight tilt or carrier replacement) and he just appeared uninterested. Took my car (2006 Jetta TDI) in first thing Saturday morning and was greeted by Alex. I was utterly blown away at the cleanliness and customer service I was given. His communication was very clear throughout the repair and he called me prior to performing work and gave me a price which included everything minus taxes. We agreed and they got to work quick. Received the car back and then some. They went out of there way for me and it showed. Very friendly staff, but the prices were deceptive. They called to tell me it would be $300 to fix the issue, seemed steep but I wanted a reliable vehicle. When I went to pick up the car it was twice what they told me on the phone. They then told me that that was the price for each wheel they worked on. They should have told me it was $600 if that's what it was going to cost. Will not go back. I don't hate the company or anything, but I can't trust them again. I am a single woman, and dealing with auto repairs is not something I enjoy on any level, but this place actually changed my view! I can't say enough about how much I like this auto repair shop. They truly are an honest and fair shop, and I was treated like family. I took my one and only car in for a brake repair. I was expecting it to be something major, and told them this when I dropped it off. They called a short time later and explained that there was no major damage, and if I wanted, I could have them replaced, but there was still a little life left on the current brakes. Because of past experiences, I was a little shocked at this very honest assessment, but it also gave me peace of mind. (I did have my brakes replaced) They knew this was my only car, and they finished the repair in one day so I could have it back by the time I was off from work. They also offer shuttle service and loaner cars, and they wash and detail the car when the repair is done. The price was very reasonable, and the shop was super clean. I will definitely use them again, and I'm encouraging my friends and family to do the same! read more

When I first walked in I was told I picked the perfect time to come in for my car inspection, and that I would be next. 45 minutes later not only had I not been helped but every person who came in after me had been helped. I felt foolish. When I asked for my keys because I was done waiting they said they must have misplaced my clip board. The guy who helped me didn't even remember why I was there. There had not been that many people who walked in after me. It was like the whole thing was unfamiliar to him. When they found my keys they said they would help me in 10 minutes if I wanted to wait longer! No thanks I had already wasted an hour of my vacation time from work. We took my truck in for what we thought was a bad alternator, but right away Alex asked to personally double check it. I'm glad he did because it wasn't the alternator at all! We ended up leaving with a new battery and a 3 year warranty on that. When he called us the second time around, Alex suggested some other maintenance that should be done and well, it was about that time too! We were even able to add on an oil change without a problem. We were very pleased with everything. We made an 8:00 appointment and picked up my truck at 1:30. Alex was super helpful and informative which was super great. It's also really close to home for us so we'll definitely back! We have to! It says so on our receipt (another flush later), which is also super detailed!
