We had an emergency flooding issue in our backyard and had no idea what caused it. We contacted Top…read moreTier Plumbing & Air and received a quick response and fast scheduling for a house call. Anthony Canez arrived at the scheduled window promptly, communicated clearly, and was professional throughout the entire process. Not only did he quickly diagnose the issue in our yard, but he also walked us through every step of the diagnostic process. As first-time homeowners, we were not familiar with all the reasons why the backyard would flood. Anthony took the time to teach us about our irrigation valve and watering system--how it works, why certain parts needed replacement, and even where our emergency water shutoff is located for future situations. After the (reasonable) estimate was generated, Anthony picked up the necessary parts and completed the repair efficiently. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a complete master class in backyard irrigation for my sister and I. We're grateful for the timely help from Anthony and Top Tier Plumbing and Air, and would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services!

They are always my first call and I am never disappointed! They were especially great today and sent me videos since I wasn't around and made sure to make me feel comfortable with all the work being performed. That is next level service :)

Hello, My name is…read moreMaryette and I need to share my positive plumbing results through McPherson Bros Plumbing. I had a bathroom leak so I contacted my home warranty which is (American Home Shield). A service representative from a local plumbing company came to my home to fix the water leak. The service representative determined the water leak was caused by the diverter spout along with a lack of caulking. When the service representative contacted American Home Shield ("AHS"), he informed AHS that he felt the main problem was lack of caulking. However, that was not completely true. There is a problem with the diverter spout and the overflow gasket. The service representative made five attempts to remove the diverter spout without success. Therefore, he did not see the water issue with the tube connecting the diverter spout. The service representative did not want to take the effort it took to remove the diverter spout, so that is why he informed AHS it was simply a caulking problem. I requested a second opinion and was offered the same, at a cost to me if the technician determined the caulking issue, was the entire problem. I did not want to be swindled by another AHS service representative so I remember using (McPherson Bros Plumbing) in the past. I contacted McPherson Bros and was given an immediate appointment. Jeremy from McPherson determined that the caulking would not eliminate my water leak. That the diverter spout along with the overflow gasket had to be replaced. When Jeremy turned on the water to the tub and shower (to test) the leak was pouring down heavily through the ceiling. Therefore, he further researched the problem and discovered I needed to have the tub shoe drain tightened and the seal replaced. I wanted to match my new spout with my current décor which is brushed nickel. Jeremy was able to match my new spout with what I currently have. McPherson Bros Plumbing was contacted on July 15, Jeremy was sent on July 16 and my plumbing problem was completely resolved on July 20. The price was very reasonable, the service was quick and the work was done cleanly. I highly recommend if you have a home warranty and you need plumbing service and you are not satisfied with your warranty plumber's recommendations or service you contact McPherson Bros Plumbing for reliable and guarantee service. By the way, I am submitting my diagnostic paperwork along with my bill for service to American Home Shield.

I really appreciated their efforts to restore trust and ensure their service is done fairly and to satisfaction. I would absolutely do business with them again as a result! *** This review is from service about a year ago and I never got around to posting it. I wish I could put more stars. I scheduled a maintenance service at my home while my tenants were there, and everything seemed smooth with initial communication and visit start. City Wide arrived, spoke to one of my tenants, explained they had to replace the air filter (a K&N reusable one that her husband had bought), and then proceeded to do their work independently. When they were done I was told they left from where they were in the backyard and never provided notice of their departure. Come to find out, the air filter vent in the home has non-standard dimensions, so my tenant's husband said they shoved a new air filter in there and it looked very shoddy indeed. After calling and expressing my dissatisfaction, I felt only then was I given a narrative for what had happened. My impression was, they didn't think it's something that would be noticed or needed explanation, and that is cause for concern. They did come back and fix the problem, this time with my sister supervising the visit. Happy to say, they did educate her on what they were doing and fitted a new filter to the vent. They also did a very good job cleaning the outside unit during the first visit, for which I was grateful.

Highly recommend Javier from R&R!…read more Our bathroom had 2 issues. The shower had 2 points of discharge and water came out from both ends when we turn on the water. The control switch was not working properly and it appears to have something broken inside the switch. The second was the bathtub was dripping for months. Our property manager gave us some recommendation on handyman, and we reached out to a few others. Everyone of the handyman looked at the issues and said they couldn't do it. Javier from R&R was professional and friendly. He came, looked at the problems and gave us multiple options. We were told that our bathroom fixtures were on the older end, and replacement parts would be pretty slim. Javier said he would try his best to find ways to fix our problems, and if it can't be fix, then he would have to go with the full remove and replace option. Needless to say, the cheaper option would be less than half the price of the worst case scenario. We were presented with the cheaper options to be less than $1000, while the worst case scenario would be in the mid $2000 with our drywall cut open in order to do the fixture replacement. We would also had to then deal with redoing the drywall since that is not part of the company's scope of work. Javier came back after we accepted the estimate and was able to fix everything faster than I thought. To my surprised, he was able to find the replacement parts and fix everything. My experience with Javier and R&R has been exceptional. I highly recommend R&R to anyone with plumbing issue like i had.
