So we hired JV Handyworks for a remote repair on a condo that had a fair amount of water damage, deferred maintenance and two live in occupants. The project seemed simple, remodel floor, paint, add a some fixtures. But that, as it always does, changed. After 30 years working with other contractors, I have seen how things can get gummed up. So when it came time to do the work, I expected some entanglement, some issue. But there wasn't.
