Hired this company to cut our grass monthly, started out as super reliable, informative etc. up until they no showed on 11/17/23 I texted them with no response on 11/18, 11/19 & 11/28/23. Messaged the number provided for Billing and was told by Lisa Contreras that she was in contact with Andrew (owner) and he'd contact us which has yet to happen. Scam. don't fall for it. if I could give zero stars I would. Had leaking pipes. Called them for free estimate. Seemed reasonable at first but as we got farther along it turned into a scam. We were so far along it was hard to get out at that point. First thing they will do is tell you that you need to change out all your valves because they leak. you don't. once they finish the valves you will still have leaks and they will tell you it's the pipes. once those are done they're going to actually admit the problem is the pressure and you need a new PRV. etc etc. the main issues where this is a scam: 1) they will diagnose the problem wrong and fix stuff that isn't the problem. 2) they buy in bulk from a retailer. they buy 10 ft of pipe when you need 1 ft. they pocket the extra pipe and you will never see it. it's $$ to them. 3) they charge for things they don't actually do. we paid them to change a PRV but realized they were wrong before they did it. they promised us a refund on parts not used but never delivered. they refuse to give itemized receipts to prove they're scamming. 4) they will ghost you once you figure out what's going on. not answering or returning calls. didnt finish the job, so vanished. 5) they lie. all. the. time. they say they're on their way to the house and never show up. they make up excuses. so far we've had everything short of my dog ate my homework. they say they're can't buy the part anywhere else when Home Depot has it on their website cheaper. they tell you they'll finish in two days and we are still waiting 5 months later for them to finish. stay away! read more

This company is a gem. Andrew and his team went above and beyond with installing my greenhouse for me. They were dedicated to ensuring the job was completed with satisfaction despite unexpected challenges along the way. Missing parts on the inventory list was one issue we had but Andrew took charge and found a solution to get the job done. He really went the extra mile customizing screws that would fit so we could keep the job moving. This was one of a few challenges along the way that Andrew found solutions for. I'm thankful for all the time, effort and professionalism through this project. They also completely transformed the look of my backyard by adding rocks and redoing my walkways with D.G. An amazing yard overhaul to say the least! It doesn't even look like the same yard and it's gorgeous! I'm very proud of the work they did and how pretty my backyard is now. Cannot give enough stars here! Andy was quick, professional, and explained everything as he went. I had another quote from a hustler and xlaled Andy for a second opinion. Not only did he save me about $1200, he showed me why what the other guy said was false! He gave me all new sprinklers and valves. Wjay was great was that he ended up getting full coverage on my yard and saved me $80 from his original quote. He could have just installed the extra lines and not have said a word. His integrity impressed me. And while at my house, he noticed my neighbor replacing a broken water main valve. Andy was able to replace it for him with upgraded parts for a very fair price. I can't say enough good things about Structure. We had a seriously flooded front yard this morning thanks to some leaking pipes, and within two hours of sending them a message, they were at our house and the problem was fixed. I didn't spend very much money for the repairs and they were so patient and helpful. I will definitely use them again in the future for both regular landscaping needs and emergency situations. read more

Is zero stars possible? Hired this company and paid over 11k for front and backyard landscaping including irrigation. What. A. DISASTER. I don't even know where to begin with this. Let's start at the front yard, I suppose. After laying all the irrigation and sod, I was told "oh, the old sprinkler timer (located in the garage) isn't working, so you need to go buy a new one". So, ok, no problem. Went and spent another $100 on the B-hyve system that Andy recommended. Then, he couldn't get the b-hyve system to connect. The reason: THERE WAS NO POWER CONNECTING THE ORIGINAL TIMER TO THE SPRINKLER VALVES. The old owner apparently cut the wires and installed dry landscape. Why was this an issue? Well this company did not even bother to check the system before laying the sod, so now there was no way to connect the timer without digging up all the sod and running wires again. So what was their solution? "Oh, well we will just run the electric to a plug outside". When I asked how it would be safe, I was told "oh it will be in piping". I asked why not trench and bury it, I was told "no, you don't need to, they will be fine in a pipe". It looks absolutely RIDICULOUS. I have this gray pvc pipe with wires inside running down my side yard, then just wires exposed in my backyard connecting to the power outlet. All because this company didn't bother to check the valves for power before laying the sod, then took the easy way out because they said "they would have to charge me to redo the sod". So I was forced to either accept their patch fix job for the electrical, or pay for the sod all over again. After all that, on several occasions, the sprinklers would not shut off. They would run for HOURS. Andy came out and insisted "someone must be messing with the valves". Fortunately, I have security cameras and NOBODY came near the valves. There was apparently wax or glue in the conduit that would cause this, but Andy insisted someone must've touched it. This company says their products are the best and covered under warranty. However, after contacting Andy to come out the first time to stop the sprinklers from running, he stopped responding. I ended up having my weekly yard maintenance person have to replace ALL valves. Next, my weekly yard maintenance person was relocating some sprinkler heads for a picket fence installation. While doing so, he pulled up the sod in the front yard and noticed the original landscaping/irrigation pipes were only laid TWO INCHES under the sod.... Which is TERRIBLE. Fortunately, my weekly maintenance person was able to trench, move, and PROPERLY put the irrigation lines deeper. And that's just the front yard. The back yard turned into a COMPLETE SWAMP. They did not level/slope the ground properly AT ALL, so all of the water would build up near our grass border and completely turned to mud. What could have helped? I ALREADY HAD drains from the prior owner having drains on their dry landscape that would help drain the water from their putting green/turf whenever it rained a lot. I told Andy I wanted the drains left open to help with draining water. What did the company do? Laid the sod over and covered both drains. My kids are unable to even go in the backyard, and we have a big chunk gated off, since it's literally just swamp/mud. We even capped the two sprinklers closest to that, to try and help, but the irrigation is so bad, it doesn't matter. I don't know if pathetic is a strong enough word to describe the service I received after paying ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. Fortunately, I have an AMAZING weekly yard maintenance person who is currently fixing all of these issues for almost no cost. Do yourselves a favor, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. read more

Id like To share my experience with Andrew and Tom from structure landscape & irrigation. these Gentlemen are very professional and patient. they are the 3rd business I had out to my property to locate a leak, and within the first hour, Andrew and Tom located it. before and after the dig up to the area , Andrew professionally explained why the leak could've happened in the first place, and gave me numerous options to repair. unfortunately the leak was under a huge mulberry tree, so instead of knocking tree down and running a new system , like the last 2 so called contractors tried talking me into and spending lots of money, Andrew proposed a master valve to allow water to only irrigate for a short period of time to the area I need to water my planter.
