Johnathan and his Team's charm and professionalism was just beyond. They were there before we woke up and stayed several times after 5pm. We needed our basement refinished after some water damage and demo a French Drian was installed. They installed new stairs, framing, electrical and dry wall. Not to mention jacking up our house to replace the main joist! We're amazed at how he was able to maximize the space for the area we wanted. We were able to comfortably work out little changes along the way. Johnathan said to me at one point " I want it to look like it would in my own home!" I really could go on and on. Fowlers did give us a prompt refund regarding the issues mentioned after we emailed them…read more Because they did not fix the work when we originally brought it up on site and due to another incident on site, we did not feel comfortable asking them to come back and fix the work they did poorly the first time. After multiple discoveries racking up in cost, we finally decided to email them. They were prompt with a response and a refund. We only asked for a refund for the work we found problems with, which was roughly 1/3 of the cost we paid for all of the work that they did.
