Johnathan and his Team's charm and professionalism was just beyond. They were there before we woke up and stayed several times after 5pm. We needed our basement refinished after some water damage and demo a French Drian was installed. They installed new stairs, framing, electrical and dry wall. Not to mention jacking up our house to replace the main joist! We're amazed at how he was able to maximize the space for the area we wanted. Fowlers did give us a prompt refund regarding the issues mentioned after we emailed them. Because they did not fix the work when we originally brought it up on site and due to another incident on site, we did not feel comfortable asking them to come back and fix the work they did poorly the first time. After multiple discoveries racking up in cost, we finally decided to email them. They were prompt with a response and a refund. We only asked for a refund for the work we found problems with, which was roughly 1/3 of the cost we paid for all of the work that they did. read more

I am so pleased with the outcome of my painting project! Mr. Fowler and his team transformed my main floor from drab and aged, to lively and fresh. From foyer to living room to hallway/stairwell and three bedrooms, the paint was meticulously applied to a beautiful semi-gloss finish. They also replaced entry ceramic tiles with vinyl planks, the fireplace insert, carpet on the stairs, bedroom/bathroom/closet doors, door handles/knobs, electrical outlets/plates, wall switches/plates, and all electric heating units/controls. Fowler's remained flexible and took on an additional spare room in the basement...same result - outstanding work and attention to detail!! The team was professional, courteous, and polite. Jonathan is absolutely amazing! I needed trees and branches trimmed back from power lines in my backyard. He was the only person who noticed a part of the line that was wedged between two huge branches. Not even the inspector included that in the report. Jonathan was punctual both with contact and the job itself. They were able to fit me in 3 days earlier than planned and were very thorough (affordable, too!).
