The clinic is located in a nice area inside a shopping center with an ample amount of parking. When I walked inside, I was quickly greeted and brought to the back where an IV port (I think that's what it's called) was put in me by a medical tech. He brought me back to a quiet calm room with others who were relaxing and receiving their IV infusion. There is a row of these big cool expensive all body massage chairs, Ogawa Master Drive AI 2.0 Massage Chair. They set me up with oxygen, the massage chair, and the IV infusion. I quickly fell asleep. I was so relaxed. I was there probably for 2 hours. It was overall a great experience. Definitely a healthcare luxury. IV infusion and injections are better than oral supplements and vitamins but it is a luxury that comes with a price tag. They do offer memberships and packages too.

My son who is a year around swimmer has used this business once for recovery of sore muscles prior to a meet. It's difficult to tell if one treatment is enough as several are recommended. The staff assisted me on getting required paperwork complete I needed to sign since my son is a minor. I was impressed with the amount of staff and the young gentleman assisting us on an iPad so we could sign electronically. My visit was on a Saturday morning and they were very busy. They offer coffee for their clients. The process is easy for a whole body treatment. Take off your clothing to underwear and leave socks on or they provide protection. They have gloves. Step in the tank and be prepared for nitrogen or in some cases argon gas to be turned on. Temperature can vary depending on height and body weight. My son had a freezing temp of negative 160° Fahrenheit. The machine has a range of around negative 150-200. Appointments are recommended and the treatment takes only minutes. They offer the largest menu of services in the area including IV, compression and anti aging LED therapy. Cyro prices range from $15 to $30 in the Hampton Roads area. The student price was $19. They offer memberships from $69 to $299. My son and I both felt this was the most professional and polished of the three he has tried.

Restore literally is a life saver…read more As in, they actually saved my life. I was malnourished after being sick for a long period and unable to hold food down. It's not the first time this has happened to me, and I knew what would happen in the ER; I also knew I'd be waiting at the ER for a long time to be seen. I'd seen a promotion for Restore and had heard of IV vitamin drips before, so I got a ride--I couldn't drive safely--and came in. They have a very nice facility that doesn't feel cold and insensitive, unlike a hospital. I was able to lay out on a reclined chair of sorts, while the staff--who are all warm, friendly people!--hooked me up to the IV. The moment the drip began, I could LITERALLY FEEL how effective these drips are; I stopped being dizzy, my muscles relaxed. . .and by the end? I was INSANELY hungry--for the first time in way too long! Thankfully, the location in Short Pump is surrounded by really great restaurants! I've also come here for cyro, which I'd done before at a different business that didn't survive 2020. I have a condition that causes a LOT of pain, and while it's not my favorite thing to hop into because, you know, it's colder than you have EVER BEEN, it WORKS! I routinely come in and get treatments like hBOT, cyro, and the vitamin drips. For someone with a chronic disease, Restore is ESSENTIAL. It seems a referral from your primary care provider is insufficient and you must have neurological and orthopedic test results to even be reviewed by Blossom's medical director. Then it's about a 10 week wait for new patients. My Mother is down to 93 lbs because she is in such pain she has trouble eating and sleeping. I am aware of practice related protocols but the compassionate approach is sadly lacking at Blossom.

I was determined to find a center such as this after months of shoulder pain and a subsequent rotator cuff surgery. I did not want yet another clinic where you are evaluated by a PT and then treated through PTAs and I felt like a number after the initial consultation. PTAs are very knowledgeable and work very hard but the PT must monitor them to ensure safety and proper protocols. My previous experience with same shoulder at a chain type clinic was so poor and I made little to no progress. Also, as a retired nurse with a lot of exposure to therapists in the clinical settings, I knew good therapy and fair therapy. I vowed I'd work to find the best this time. The whole experience here was amazing. The staff is so incredibly knowledgeable and personal and they truly have a team approach and everyone knows the plan of care and follows it. They are friendly, inviting and appear invested in really helping their patients at every level. I always felt listened to, respected and confident that I was in good hands. I drove 30 minutes to my appointments and will continue to again when/if I need therapy. I'd rather feel like I'm getting not only a lot out of my investment of time and money than mediocre care for convenience. The gym has many types of equipment to use and they use many helpful modalities such as TENS unit, ice, heat, traction, massage etc which is sometimes not even offered in other PT settings. I never once felt like a number or that they were rushing me or any other client in and out. The patients were progressing and they too seemed to appreciate their care. Health care professionals KNOW good care when they see it and this facility is top notch.
