After that I experienced the compression therapy, which I highly recommend for anyone with a desk job or who sits for extended periods it felt sooo good. The temperature decreases gradually, so it is not a blast of super cold air. Rainy talked me through the entire process and made the three minutes fly by really fast. I definitely want to come back in a week or so and get another treatment. I felt a little sleepy afterwards, but other than that my body temperature returned back to normal super quickly. I love that they have $25 happy hour specials from 3-5pm Monday through Thursday. I plan to come back during that time for sure!
