Mine was $15 or so. After the staff gives you a tour, they'll take you to the private rooms where you do your 3 minute drill in the cold. Like the reviews state, the staff keeps you talking so you don't feel much. Just remember to wear socks and gloves. I forgot to wear my gloves and couldn't feel my fingers for a couple hours. It wasn't that bad tho, as it was my fault and not anybody else's. The 3 minutes went by quickly, and before you know it I was getting dressed and on my way home. Before I become a regular tho, I want scientific research that backs up the so-called benefits of this. If anyone can find articles or research please send it! Really cool concept though!

He patiently answered all my questions about the available packages, ensuring I was well educated and was able to get a package that fit my needs being I live so far. I did the cryotherapy session on the highest level for 3-minutes and 30-second. While it was intense it's absolutely bearable, the feeling afterward was well worth it. After that I experienced the compression therapy, which I highly recommend for anyone with a desk job or who sits for extended periods it felt sooo good. The spa itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, it was clean which enhanced the overall experience. Given the quality of treatments and the professionalism of the staff, investing in a monthly package is a wise choice for those living nearby. The red light room was filthy. The nurse wasn't friendly and gave me a hard time about the shot that I was getting. I have been using a signature shot off and on since January due to a side effect of a medication that I was taking. She was rather accusatory and questioned me aggressively about why I needed the shot. I pay entirely too much money to be a member at restore for a staff member to question me about anything that I choose to get while I'm there. Unbelievable. In fact, most if not all services have packages or memberships which bring down the prices if you are planning repeat visits. The treatments are fantastic, and the staff is great. The place is always well staffed. I've never had a wait for anything unless I had an appointment and arrived early. My walk in visits are also quick. And the staff knew my name after only a couple visits. They are friendly and efficient. I've been to other cryo facilities in the area but this is now my self care home base. Arshia is very hospitable to me and knowledgeable about the treatments they have here. The pricing range for the treatments is is well priced in comparison to other establishments that are providing the same services. Everything that you need is inside the cryo room, so no need to bring anything with you. They provide robes, socks, gloves and slippers to protect your hands and feet. The entire process only takes a few minutes and before you know it you are in the machine and out. I felt the coldest the last minute of the therapy. The temperature decreases gradually, so it is not a blast of super cold air. Rainy talked me through the entire process and made the three minutes fly by really fast. I definitely want to come back in a week or so and get another treatment. I felt a little sleepy afterwards, but other than that my body temperature returned back to normal super quickly. I love that they have $25 happy hour specials from 3-5pm Monday through Thursday. I plan to come back during that time for sure!

Either way, it's the weekend and in a bit of a bind until my doctors office opened, I did some research and found cryotherapy as a possible fix for the swelling and pain. Having done cryotherapy before, I gotta day, this facility is the best looking one I've come across and I've been to four other ones in the metroplex already. I'm talking from the aesthetics to the actual technology behind the Cryo and other machines I walked by. Most importantly, two things stood out to me: weekend hours and excellent customer service. Many Cryo spots close at noon or 3pm on the weekends, thankfully this place closes at 6pm, a major reason for making the 20 minute drive from North Dallas. Their first time of $20 Cryo was pretty nice too. Last but definitely not least, the two lovely ladies Kaleigh and Tiffany were top notch! Kaleigh was super patient with my crutch hobbling self getting into the locker room, then the Cryo machine etc. Tiffany was great with our kiddos and gave some extra tips and even convinced the Mrs to try cryo for her first time (which she loved!). All in all this women owned and woman ran business was amazing and had that extra touch you don't see everywhere. I look forward to coming back and taking advantage of their other services like their spa. (If you hate the cold, this 20 minute steam station gives you the same benefits as cryo and also helps with detox, good for after a weekend night out)

Management does a solid job of "honoring" their clients by granting at least 1-2 sessions to help regain loyalty, which I think is a fair approach--they also have a business to run. One of my favorite aspects of this studio is how clean and welcoming it always feels. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive. There was a time when an "overly involved" teammate was hired, and that annoyed me, which led me to stop coming for a while. However, I recently returned and was greeted by a new team member whose approach was helpful without being overwhelming or pushy. I loved that organic balance, so will be retuning in the new year.
