Great place, people super nice. I freaked out about The hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy treatment once inside the chamber, I got claustrophobic and they got me out fast and was very understanding. They offered me the leg compression treatment for 30 mins instead which was nice since as my legs were tight and sore from working out that week and afterward felt absolutely amazing no pain or stiffness at all. It pains me to write this review, because everyone in the facility was extremely nice. You were greeted and immediately taken into the room for a massage. I have to say as an athlete, I receive massages at least once a month. I just moved here and I'm looking for a new masseuse. My husband decided to book a massage for me which should've been 90 minutes. I was informed I only received a 60 minute appointment, which I assumed maybe my husband didn't book a 90 minute massage,so I proceeded forward as I've received really good 60 minute massages in the past, not from this place, but where I'm from. Let's start with the facility. It is clean and everything in there is very nice. They do not check your temperature at the door, and they do not have much hand Santanas are available in the rooms.However the walls are extremely thin and the lights are bright so you will not feel relaxed because the lights were kept on so bright throughout the Whole Way, Massage. You heard every conversation from the front desk so the walls are extremely thin. Victor my massage therapist, put music on his phone however the distractions of his emails or text messages whatever with being in, left no room for relaxation. The table was very and sturdy, not heated, but it seemed as it was a clean room. The massage. Victor was my Theropist. He initially asked me if there was anything I didn't like worked on and being that I've had over thousands of massages, I simply informed him I did not like my glutes massaged. I explain to him that I was an obstacle course athlete and then I run a lot and I pointed to him my prime areas of pain and tightness. He stated OK and we proceeded forward. As he initially started it started with just elbow up and down my back. As I was hoping the massage would get better and truly concentrate in between my shoulder blades it became more of a stretching an awkward position sports therapy session and not a deep tissue massage. I am extremely disappointed because I waited over two weeks for this massage and it has been over two months since I had been massage. Granted my husband was the one who book this appointment, so I was unaware what I was walking into. I was put in some pretty awkward positions that have nothing to do with a deep tissue massage. Victor asked me tons of questions throughout the massage so once again I was left not relaxed, and questioning all of these awkward positions I was being placed in. Victor continuously asked me if I had a massage in my armpit, in my mouth, or in my abdomen. I told him my armpit yes none of the others. He then proceeded to ask me if I knew what muscle he was working on, and I told him no, and he decided to inform me, that's great, but when you're a mother, an entrepreneur, and an athlete, this one little massage is all you get to relax for a millisecond. Then when I slightly started to ask some questions on What the heck we were doing, he said oh I thought this would be OK. No, listen to the patient. I specifically told him my prime tension spots. I was already thrown off because I expected a 90 minute massage and he told me it was a 60 minute massage. After speaking with my husband after the massage, he told me it was absolutely supposed to be a 90 minute massage. So therefore with that Misinformation, I am formed him to concentrate on my prime areas. He decided to do what he felt was best, and that's not what people pay for. I have had excellent massages. Massages with warm bed, he compression to relax you, deep tissue techniques that left me leaving feeling like $1 million. Right now I feel like a food stamp. I'm literally going to go home and sit on my chair massager to help with attention I have in my shoulders. To wrap this review up, I left still extremely tight, upset, and definitely will never be back. I really wanted to give this place great reviews because everyone else did. But I definitely cannot as an athlete, recommend this place at all. read more

There were 2 people at the desk when I arrived. Neither greeted me, just kept chatting away. Finally after a few minutes of waiting I was greeted. They acted nice though. The (dry) sauna was nice. Just before time was up, one girl told me my massage therapist was ready, I thought I would step in the shower first but waited and waited as she again chatted for a while. The therapist finally showed and took me to the room. He wasn't as professional as he should've been! I paid for a 90 minute massage but only got 60. The guy who booked it said he would throw the sauna in for "free", there went my additional 30 minutes! The girl tried to sell me a "deal" but sounded like a steal. It's okay overall but the room was "cold" (as in rotating therapists sharing a room). Unless you have $$$ to burn, I don't recommend this place. read more

My Fiancee' purchased me a Groupon for a 90 minute massage at Cryo Fire Health Spa. I walked in and was greeted by two very friendly women at the front desk who helped me with the standard waivers and paperwork. I was introduced to Matthew who was the therapist that would do my massage. In response to my comment that I hadn't had a massage in over a year, the owner came over and offered me a complimentary infrared sauna session to warm up my muscles from the inside out. After about 20 minutes in the sauna listening to tunes, Matthew came and got me for my massage. As I lay on the table and Matthew prepared for the massage, he turned on the typical spa music, but asked me what I preferred. When I told him hard rock, he was happy to oblige. Despite our 20+ year age difference, we liked a lot of the same music. I experienced one of the best massages I've had over the years. He worked out some nasty knots in my back and asked what worked and what didn't. He was receptive to what I wanted and needed....so much so, that I purchased an eight hour package and booked an appointment for the next Saturday! I workout at OrangeTheory Fitness 5-6 times a week and visit Cryo Fire for muscle recovery. My favorite is cryotherapy. I'm not a big fan of the cold, but the experience after is amazing and worth every second. I always have so much energy, sleep like a baby and feel like I could do another workout again! I've been having pain in my foot and lower back for so long and thought it was just something I had to live with. Until I went to him and after one hour session my pain is completely gone! Found this place on groupon for a deep tissue massage and took a leap of faith to not even check the reviews on this one lol. But I can tell you I was more than impressed with the customer service and the massage itself. I was super busy the day I had my appointment and i completely forgot about my appointment until I received a call from them letting me know I was suppose to be there. They were so nice to still take me even though my appointment time was already past and keep in mind I booked a close to closing time appointment. I got there 15 min late and they were so sweet to even upgrade my massage since I wouldn't get the full 60 min massage. The owner was more than sweet and really made me feel special. I visited Cryo Fire Health Spa yesterday for a deep tissue massage. This was my second time booking at Cryo Fire, and I was just as impressed as the first time! Justice , the owner, is very friendly, helpful and professional; he really went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and found the right care package. He also took the time to give me a tour or the spa and tell me about the other wellness treatments, such as the cryotherapy chamber, infrared treatment and hyperbaric chamber. I was also extremely impressed with both of the masseuses , JD and Jesus. I have chronic neck and shoulder tension and I have never received better deep tissue/muscle relief. They are both very knowledgeable and experienced - I would highly recommend either JD or Jesus if you're tense, sore, or just looking for a GREAT massage. Today I met Justin, the new owner, and some of his team. Everyone was very friendly and very well versed in the various treatments that are offered at their spa. They seem very concerned about their members and our well being. They offer a 15 minute introductory massage. Oh my! Victor was amazing. He does deep tissue massage. I had a certain area that was giving me pain and he worked on that area for the whole 15 minutes. I have now bought several packages which makes it very affordable to help with my body. I came in for a hyperbaric oxygen chamber session (and it was a great session), but after seeing the spectrum of other hi-tech and holistic services they offer, I've already signed up for a membership and have my next appointment booked. That never happens after one visit for me, so it speaks measures of my experience. A disappointing experience over all. From the 15 minutes it took to actually book an appointment over the phone to not being served at serviced once I arrived. The receipt and gift card I presented at the time of my appointment was not sufficient for services. Apparently one needs a login and password from the GIFTER if it is purchased through groupon. SMH. This was a gift from my daughter who attends college out if State. She purchased a 90 minute massage via group on. I hope she is reimbursed. Multiple unauthorized charges on my credit card from this business that I have never visited. Called them and they confirmed they make the charges, claimed accounting error but would not refund all the charged because supposedly I had a subscription with them (nope, never heard of them!) even though they could not produce anything resembling a contract with me because I have never been in contact with them prior to the charges. Claimed they got my credit card from another business they bought that was closed (which also has no contract with me, and further, definitely should not be charging me while closed). Another charge from them appeared about a month after contacting them. read more
