Been coming for years. They did change management and ownership so when I bought credits there was no expiration and I was able to use them at any location. Soon after they had an expiration and I could only use them at the location where they were purchased due to their system changes. Had a fantastic experience with this place for the first time! I got a free session for their infrared sauna service and it did not disappoint! My boyfriend and I stayed in the sauna for about 30 mins and felt the results immediately! They even have Bluetooth inside the sauna. The only reason for this (not five star) review is the corporate/franchise policy. Apparently, memberships at Restore cannot be used at other Restore locations UNLESS it was purchased at a corporate (i.e., a non-franchised) location unless it's another corporate location. Unlike other franchises in the health, wellness, fitness, etc. industry (e.g., tanning, gyms, etc.) Restore only allows you to use your membership at three location you purchased. You can get membership pricing at other locations (which, as you can tell from the attached menu, isn't much). This is just frustrating as these locations seem to be busier and busier and they aren't increasing staffing (even though they have the space - not talking about this location). It's absurd. This location is the nicest of any I have been into. They don't have the massage chairs in drip room like the other locations but (1) they wouldn't have the room anyway as this room is quite small and (2) the chairs they offer aren't uncomfortable at all. I like that the room is "open" with lots of natural light coming in from the front. All-in-all it's a great location with a fabulous staff. Franchises need to be pressuring corporate to make the services they offer more accessible. I have spent well over $3,000 in the last year at Restore and am seriously considering canceling. It just irritates me every time I call and they don't have appointments when walk-in has always been just fine. read more

Always great people, service very knowledgeable and if not sure about the issue they always get somebody expert on the treatment . They focus on wellness and to really tackle down what deficiencies we have in order to be better! The membership is good and so worth it, because if you suffer from chronic pain you will see difference in a way of living - with accommodations and lots of factors- their cryotherapy, PBT & other treatments are phenomenal. They very science and health based backed by NPs and doctors if you have any issues- as a nurse it gives me confidence is not for the $ but for the real end result : getting better. read more

Overall great experience, reason I kept going was the staff was always accommodating when I dropped by. Unfortunately due to the end of the year it's been harder to get in due to my job. So apparently they are very strict with their "you got 30 days to use up all your dials" policy. I, first, would like to say that most people at this facility are very kind. Due to health reasons, I ultimately could only use the sauna. When Austin moved (back) to Stage 5, Melissa convinced me to freeze my account instead of cancelling. The majority of the faculty were not wearing mask, the place was packed and the sauna wasn't and could not be cleaned properly. With clients back to back, the sauna being made of wood, it being an enclosed space and changing the puppy pee pad that went underneath my towel...was not enough. What Melissa failed to tell me was that you can only freeze your account 3 months out of 12. Come the end of December (reminder that we are back in Stage 4 again) , my card was charged and I inquired about it. Melissa tried explaining how their "dials" work (which is in of itself, very confusing) and 30 day cancellation process. So, not only was I charged surprisingly for a month of services I will not use...she said that I will also be charged another time because of the 30 day cancellation. (And, Melissa acted annoyed the whole conversation and was completely unpleasant.) So, I emailed to see if I could speak to someone else who might actually listen: *Please escalate to Bryan, Jim and Stacie* Michelle, Per our conversation yesterday, I am still waiting on a breakdown of my charges, the cancellation information and contract that you said you'd send. You made it very confusing and use terminology that the facility uses, not your clients. I would also like to mention that we are in Stage 4 with COVID again and I, personally, do not feel safe in the facility. The facility crams people in and there is not enough room for social distancing, along with the fact that some areas are not cleaned to CDC standards. If other gyms and facilities can make accommodations to keep their customer base safe, I believe that you guys should hold yourselves to the same standards. All of your dials will terminate with the termination of your account thirty days after the submission of your cancellation form. When your account becomes inactive, the dials cease to exist. But you have thirty days in which to use them from the day you submit your cancellation form to the day your account terminates. I am sorry if this is confusing. I'm not sure how else to say it. If there is still confusion, let me know, and I will see if I can explain it better. Your membership contract is attached for your review, as well as the cancellation form. I was hesitant to enroll as these services were new to me, but I decided to join their intro membership where members can try their services for the first month. I have been pleasantly surprised at the benefits I've experienced, particularly with PBM, cryo, and IV drip. I noticed some changes right away and it seemed to improve over the next few weeks. I feel and look better. Highly recommend the assisted stretch services as well. I have been suffering from shoulder, neck and hip pain, and this service really helped reduce the tightness in those areas. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! When I come to Restore, the staff, specifically Taaylor the skin-saving, life-changing, world-bending esthetician, is really transparent, kind, hilarious, knowledgeable, and helpful. It doesn't feel like people who work a day job and "lie" about health benefits. They themselves are living breathing examples of health and what it means to practice self care. Their personalities and empathy are something that only comes from taking care of yourself from the inside out. At Restore, you feel the staff is convicted by the results themselves, and what better energy to be around on your health journey I always feel welcome, even though 99% of the time I just walk in, they always find a place for me. I am sad to share my experience with Restore has been the opposite of relaxing or positive. They were extremely aggressive and persistent in getting me to join as a Member during their Grand Opening, but as soon as the membership began I was misguided and misinformed every step of the way. It got to the point where I decided to cancel my membership due to the lack of communication and clarity about their services and even signed an early cancellation agreement which they agreed to. The early cancellation meant I would not be charged in November, but then come November, I saw they had in fact charged me. Low and behold they said it was for the month of September?! Nobody ever communicated a retroactive charge (nor that there was an issue in the month of September whatsoever?!) and I feel this is not only fraudulent but poor business practice. When I brought up this frustration to Restore (who promised my card would not be charged in November or ever again moving forward), they casually mentioned I now have 9 *new* "dials" to use at their location which I already specified I would NOT be returning to? How does that make any sense? It appears to me that Restore is more interested in collecting your money than actually providing a wellness experience to their customers. I went here with my friend for some some IV hydration. They make you go through a medical exam with a nurse practitioner and during that process I was denied getting an IV because of my HIV status. At first the nurse practitioner claimed I could not get an IV because of infection control issues but I explained to her that anybody could be walking in here with a blood borne disease and that they should be taking the same precautions with anybody. After that I mentioned it would make more sense if the NP was concerned about the IV fluids interacting with my medication and then that was her claim for why I couldn't get an IV. She wanted a letter from my doctor stating it was OK for me to get an IV. First of all, fluids and B vitamins don't interact with any medications. I literally left crying. I am never coming back here ever again. The medical staff is so out of touch and have no understanding of people living with HIV. read more
