This was a frustrating and disappointing experience and complete waste of our time. I brought my wife in for an appointment for IV fluids after she became seriously dehydrated due to nausea from an illness. All relevant details were explained ahead of time, but once we arrived, we were told they could not administer the IV because it was outside of their "scope." It seems their services are limited to very basic or lifestyle-related treatments and not intended for situations involving actual illness or medical need. If you're looking for an IV service with licensed medical professionals who can handle more serious hydration needs, I'd recommend Luxe Mobile IV--they were able to come to our home in under an hour and provided appropriate care. read more

I decided to do a quick 3 min Cyro session before a high impact spin class . 1) I felt fantastic after the session . Lots of energy and my back pain was absent. I've been doing cryotherapy treatments several days a week for the last two years. Originally I started because I have arthritis in my feet and I thought it might help. Not only does it help my feet, but it's helped my digestion, sleep, elasticity in my skin and because of the all over reduction of inflammation in my body, I lost 12 pounds! I wasn't even trying to do that but I feel great! The staff at the bee Cave location is awesome! Always ready to help, explain new offerings and send you out the door in the best shape to conquer the rest of your day. I travel for work and I also have to be on my feet for many hours at a time late at night occasionally. My schedule is kind of upside down and this takes it's toll on my body. I used to be terrified of needles but the nursing staff has gotten me completely over that. I get IVs a couple times a month, especially when I'm going to travel. I also get vitamin shots weekly and feel completely on top of my game. I'm able to perform better in my job and in barre class! Don't waste your money. Management has changed, but the new manager did nothing about my previous complaints. I spent $1,200 on Restore Cryotherapy and the original staff raved about results for other clients. Mid-way through my treatment sessions, the original girl left and was replaced a month later. Come to find out, my treatments were being done the wrong way, as both were completely different methods. I requested something be done by management and I was told there was nothing they could do. I canceled my membership and would not recommend this place to anyone. There were other issues, including they never had the dry sauna ready for my appointment time, and stopped providing water to their customers. Even when I told management I was going to leave a less than favorable review, they told me to go for it. Again, I would spend your money elsewhere at a more customer-appreciative establishment. read more

I really don't feel like it was s big help for the $ 125.00 price. Drink lots of water and take your vitamins and that can probably benefit you instead of paying quite a bit of cash.
