I looked around to see if anything caught my eye, but I noticed that if I went to look at something, he'd be standing a few feet away, if I moved, he moved. I ended up not getting anything because it just feels really uncomfortable to be looked at while you're browsing. I assume it's because they might have an issue with theft but why not get a security guard or another employee to stand near the door? I don't think I'll be back.

Incident Report - August 9, 1:00 PM…read more Today, my family and I had an extremely unpleasant experience while shopping at your store during our back-to-school trip to the mall. My youngest daughter wanted to stop in to buy a few products, so all five of us entered together. From the moment we walked in, we noticed an employee shadowing us in every aisle we visited. Several times, I turned around to find this person standing just inches away, intruding on my personal space and that of my family. After we had selected our items, I again turned and nearly collided with the same employee. At that point, I told her that her behavior was making me feel uncomfortable, as it seemed she was following us under the assumption we might steal something. Her response was, "I'm following you to see if you need help." I explained that she had been trailing us for at least five minutes without once asking if we required assistance. Feeling disrespected and targeted, I told my family to leave all the items behind, and we walked out without making our purchases. This experience left me feeling racially profiled and unwelcome in your store.
