I just went in there with my daughter and I asked them to restring a bracelet that broke, they have always been so sweet and fun in there, helping me shop and pick stuff out- well they want to charge $5 to restring it... I have spent 100's of dollars in there on rocks! We, until now, have always had a fun experience, picking stuff out, learning about stuff ect... and this just rubbed me the wrong way- I feel like it was insulting to a good customer. I still had the receipt and it was not that old to have broken. I even still had the string- lol I will not be spending my money at this store again!!! No customers service for a faulty product and they were mean about it- over stores treating you like this..... read more

Went here for the first time this week, and it's a nice store. For me, the essential part to any crystal shop is the variety of stones available. The crystals look like they're from Amazon, even though I was told "all over the world or locally sourced". This is a son and mother run shop, I love supporting a family business but the son is pushy and tries very hard to upsell. I won't be returning here. read more

From first impression, I thought this was just high end expensive crystals. Luckily I walked in and looked around. They have inexpensive selections as well. Very nice quality items! My friend purchased a necklace. The two staff members were nice and helpful. The facade and gorgeous large pieces at the entrance fooled me into thinking this was way above my price range. I love crystals! What a great name for such a beautiful crystal shop , and now they moved across the street to an even bigger location ! Freakin amazing! Sami was so attentive and patient with us as we took about 20 laps around the store looking for the perfect crystal to gift at my friend's wedding! I eventually found a large black and peach moonstone heart which lit there whole world up when I gave it to them ! Kurtis and Lacey were also incredibly caring and are genuinely such sweet people ! I have been going here for a couple of years, I have been to almost every store in town but I always find myself coming back here. The prices are fair & affordable considering their location being as nice as it is. But also the energy inside, the energy they have in there is so light & so bright & I love it so so much. I appreciate walking into a place feeling so welcomed without being greeted yet. The selection of crystals is wide, there's basically every type in almost every form. Jewelry can be altered for the most part. Extremely helpful & thorough. They also love my dog from afar instead of just ignoring her which I don't expect it, I just appreciate it. read more

Great selection of beautiful crystals, jewelry, and display pieces. Any budget is possible here I've seen thing ranging from under $10 to a couple hundred, so don't worry about price, you can find something. My son got his mom a Christmas and Birthday present here. For Christmas he got her an Sapphire tree since that's his birthstone and her favorite, and for her birthday he got her a garnet necklace since that's her birthstone. She loved both gifts, the owners were super friendly, and helpful in finding a gift even providing a little gift baggie to put it in. read more

I love checking out "I Love Crystals" almost every time I visit Town Square! It's a small store but has a decent variety of items available that are reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and ready to answer questions, but don't make you feel like they are breathing down your neck as you're trying to look around. I have heard them answering questions for people who are not very knowledgeable about the properties of different crystals, and my experience has been that they are welcoming, clear, concise, and don't talk down at ALL. I've bought several pieces here that spoke to me and have been very happy with my purchases. The only issue I have had is with one necklace where the stone keeps falling off because the gap is a bit too big. read more

I walk in and I immediately find the crystal I have been searching all over town for. Really small shop on Town Square that can be easy to miss but definitely worth the trip. I needed a gift for my Godmother and reached out to Lacey at "I Love Crystals". Lacey was so kind to text me pics of possibilities based on my budget and description of what I wanted. She even suggest some ideas outside my initial ideas. I purchased a necklace and she shipped it to me and I had it for Mother's Day. Easy Peasy.
