They were supposed to be at our house at 12pm but no one showed up, and when we called their office we were told that they may be late, and since they don't work after 5pm the service may be delayed until the next day. A 2 person crew showed up at 4pm and started cleaning the roof without knocking on our door and introducing themselves to us. They were in an extreme hurry. They didn't bother moving anything around the house that could be moved away from underneath the roof. They could have asked us to move the planters if they could not move them, or cover the plants with plastic. We would have done that ourselves to protect the plants. The crew left without saying a word to us. There was zero communication from their end. We were expecting them to knock on our door when finished and show us what they had done, and what we need to do after they had left. When we went out, the crew had left a disaster, a very strong and pungent commercial bleach was used to clean the roof. They did not use the plant friendly chemical that the company had claimed they will use. All around the house, everything was covered in a very strong commercial bleach that smelled for 24 hours after they had left. That included our prized Topiary plants and our Bougainville plants. If they had informed us that they would be using the commercial bleach on our roof, then we would have told them to use only plain water on the roof to protect our plants. The next day when we stepped out of the house all the plants were dead all around the house. My wife has not stopped crying because those plants were her babies. We are very upset with this company, they burned all our plants just to make a little extra money. They misinformed us about the chemical they were going to use and the multi step process they would be using to protect all the foliage around the house. They didn't use any multi step process that they told us they would use.

Consumers, see below and take a look at the picture: If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please save your money. This user, Jeff Oday, came to my house to clean our granny flat's shower's grout. First, he insisted on being paid before even looking at the job carefully. A few minutes after receiving $250 in cash, he left to get his "stronger" equipment and cane back two hours later. Once he was back to pick up his assistant, ten minutes later he calls me to say I have mold and left the job worse than he found it. I asked him to give me a few minutes and when I went to the guest house, hey had gone and when I call him, I could hear the noise because he was already at the job where he had left his equipment. I feel the same as if someone had held me up at gunpoint. Now I get why he gets paid first. He obviously knows people will not be happy with his work and will not be accountable for his shoddy work. (If a grout restorer cannot deal with mold, why would anyone hire him? I wish I had seen the feedback that the other customer left before I allowed him to take advantage of honest people. All he had to do if a little mold was a problem was let me know he could not offer me a good result and return my money. But not this guy. Do yourself a favor and hire somebody else. Thanks.
