He asked for a rough measure of the area involved and a picture of the tile if possible. We agreed on the scope of work and the approximate estimate ( based on my calculations) and booked the service date. They arrived on the agreed date and time. First, this is an unsolicited review. From the start, Ron was responsive to my inquiries and we set a time and date for carpet cleaning. He arrived on time (nobody likes to be kept waiting!) and set about doing his job. The carpets had some nasty stains from a sick dog but Ron was able to get them out. A few days later I noticed that in one room, the stain was still visible. I sent Ron a message and he said he'd be happy to come back and take care of it. And now carpets look new! What can I say besides perfection! You don't usually hear this with carpet cleaners. Like the large chains that bait and switch you, the company is so honest, fair and reliable! Long story short, I had to come to my parents home because of ailing parents. They did not clean the carpets very well for years. I always search Yelp first to find the perfect company to help me out, and I found a company here. The carpets were disgusting to be quite honest. I needed to be replaced. But my parents refuse. So I had to clean them. My first requested a quote after hours and immediately got an answer, and it will schedule the next day, and it came on time exactly when they were supposed to. Imagine that! Ron and Michele came and I told them before showing them carpets that it is a mess. They were kind, compassionate, caring, and did an amazing job. I cannot recommend this company anymore! I needed two bedroom carpets cleaned prior to a tenant moving in, I messaged the business on Yelp on Tuesday/Wednesday and we scheduled for that Saturday. The two gentleman, David and Ron/Ray (sorry I am terrible with names) arrived on time, were friendly, informative and took payment so I could run other errands. I arrived back at the rental unit within 2 hours and the job was complete. The carpets looked refreshed and the unit had a refreshing smell. I should have taken before and after pictures but I forgot to do the before pictures so there is no use in taking after pictures. I had an ink stain about an inch in diameter which was totally gone and the wear patterns were almost unrecognizable. The carpet is 7 years old and with this cleaning, I can definitely get another year's rental out of it! read more

I called based on previous yelp reviews that spoke very highly about Ron and his professionalism and quality of work, they were right ! We received a prompt and courteous phone call to schedule for an estimate, Ron was on time, professional, friendly and gave us a very fair estimate. Today the work was done and Ron and his helper Mark did a great job of cleaning our floors, grout and sealing the grout! These guys are great! I was easily able to schedule an appointment and they showed up on time. We have a white sectional sofa that is older, and quite frankly I did not have high hopes on how clean it would come out. I foster dogs for a local animal rescue and recently one puppy got out of his crate while I was at work. He chewed up multiple red lipsticks over my white carpet and then tracked it around on his paws. The carpet was relatively new (3 months) so my husband and I were upset to say the least. I chose Amerahouse because it was a locally owned company that seemed straightforward and honest. Ron came the next day and proceeded to work for a few hours to get every single mark out of the carpet. He was extremely polite, careful to wipe his feet before he came in and went over the same (awful) spot multiple times until it was clean. It went from looking like a disaster to not even looking like any dog ever went upstairs. It's sometimes difficult to find companies that don't try to scam or upsell you for their services. Arrived on time and did an excellent job. I would use them again and I am so glad to have found such a great company. I live in south west Broward and have a rental house in Boynton Beach. So it is about 75 minutes for me to get to the house and I am not as familiar with service providers there. I made an appointment with the most common carpet steamer company and was given a three hour window. When no one arrived I went home only to receive a call from the gate 40 minutes AFTER the 3 hour window. I was half way home! So I Yelped and found Amerahouse. This is an update from my previous stellar review. I am an interior designer in Palm Beach. In our new home the furniture delivery people brought white sofas up back staircases uncovered. Their hands were filthy. They shoved things through doorways ripping fabrics,and leaving my new pieces a jaw dropping mess. I was almost in tears it was so bad. To the rescue came Ron, my hero. Not only did he dry clean and steam clean good as new,but he scotchguarded for added protection. He just left my home again today after hurricane irma left rusty water stains on new wool rugs and those same sofas. Rusty water stains are so tough to get out and again I was heartbroken but somewhat hopeful due to Ron's expertise. Result? They look as good as new. I am so happy I called Amerahouse! I was just about to replace the carpet in my mom's house because they were so dirty and stained, I had assumed they were hopeless. After reading the reviews here I thought I would give Amerahouse a try. I called on a Friday, and Ron and his partner came on Saturday. They did a fantastic job on some really stained and dirty carpet. Not sure how long they will look this way, but the cost of cleaning the carpet regularly is a lot less then replacing them.
