I had a townhome cleaned and upon returning, I went through the home and the deep clean I had paid for wasnt even close to completed. Every room was as dirty as it had been left by the tenants that had moved out. Thick amounts of oil on the stove grates that were supposedly cleaned, the bathroom tub and shower area were still covered in soap scum that I could easily remove with my fingernail, showing they hadn't been scrubbed. The other toilet was still dirty and had hair all over the back of it showing it hadnt been cleaned. The floors were not possibly mopped, and still grimy. Then to top it off, I pay the company for everything minus 100 dollars for the obvious fact that they didnt even clean the house...only to look at the Facebook page and see that I paid 200 for a whole house carpet cleaning that is advertised as 99.00. This is my fault for not researching enough, but for 300 total, I was ripped off and wouldn't want anyone to have the same done to them. Was supposed to be 400 and they actually were surprised that I wasnt willing to pay for them to wipe down my countertops with some water. The whole house doesn't even smell like any cleaner or soap was even used at all.

The crew was one person. They did an okay job, nothing great. But she didn't move the furniture as promised. I know this because, when we went home for our next visit, we found dirt and debris under the dining room hutch. I would absolutely not recommend.

I have been using this company for quite a while now, and have been very satisfied with their service. They are extremely professional, prompt, and reliable. They go above and beyond by doing the extras that I never expected, such as cleaning out refrigerators without us asking, folding our laundry, making our beds, and cleaning windows without charging extra for all these extra touches. I would highly recommend and will have them do my rental properties as well. The owner, Emy, has been the most courteous and easiest business owner I have ever dealt with, and I've gone through tons of house cleaners. My husband and I recently bought a house in December. The people before us left the house in an utter mess. I was so overwhelmed with having to clean up everything, and moving everything in. I called Crystal Clean, and they charged $240 for a deep cleaning, which was much more reasonable than the $400 other cleaning companies told me. They came in and did such an amazing job. My cabinets were thoroughly cleaned, and the floors were shiny. The smell of urine went away after they were done, and now I hire them every two weeks to clean my house. My house was in a complete state of disarray after a house party. I called up Crystal Clean for a deep clean and they really delivered the best results possible! Every windowsill was dusted properly, the floors were mopped and vacuumed so nicely that not even a speck of dust remained, they cleaned and organized my fridge and dusted my shelves and even made every single bed in the house and took my garbage out as per request! While the mess seemed overwhelming and unmanageable due to my wife being a nurse and my job in construction, glad to say Crystal Clean was not only effective, but also very cooperative and receptive to our requests. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. During the cleaning, the crew broke my television and a utensil crock, yet the owner refused to take any responsibility for the damage. On top of that, the quality of the cleaning itself was careless and unprofessional. Wall pictures were left crooked, the attic light was left on, and the liner from my bath mat was thrown away without asking. The most alarming and unacceptable issue was that the crew left my front door wide open when they left the house. It remained open for hours until my daughter came home from work and discovered it. This is an extremely serious safety issue that never should have happened. When I contacted the owner to discuss these problems, instead of showing concern or attempting to resolve the situation, they were condescending and dismissive. There was no accountability for the broken items, the careless work, or the security risk created by leaving my home open. I had reached out for help during a very vulnerable time -- after multiple deaths in the family, losing our senior dogs, recovering from a chronic illness, and managing renovations on a second home while my primary home had been neglected. I trusted this company to help bring some relief during an already overwhelming period. Instead, the experience added more stress and frustration. If you are considering hiring this company, I strongly recommend thinking twice. Based on my experience, there was a complete lack of care, professionalism, and accountability.
