She asked me to take it down which I did. She said they were on vacation for a week. Why didn't they leave that message on the machine. I was told I could get an appointment on Sept 23. I said OK. I was told I would get a call a week ahead time of to verify everything. I got no call. I left 5 messages during the week to confirm I got nothing. Of course, nobody came or called today. How does a business like this stay in business. My son bought this Groupon for my birthday. I am going to contact Groupon and report this. How can a company work like this.

The last time they were at our home, from the minute they pulled in our driveway to the minute they pulled out was 48 minutes. It is disgraceful that they charged $125 for this cleaning and the list of issues we had was endless. I called two times to speak to someone regarding our concerns and received no phone call back. The significant lack of professionalism was the final straw. I have recommended them to several people and the last family was a few weeks ago who said it was a crap job for their first cleaning. Well, no more!! I will not recommend this cleaning service and will warm against using them to anyone in the future.
