Crystal has to be the worst cleaner we have ever hired for our Airbnb cabins. We sadly got a bad review and another canceled guest due to her terrible cleaning. You know it's bad when you arrive to your own cabin and immediately start cleaning it. Coffee stains everywhere in the kitchen. All our trinkets we're all over the cabin, very unorganized. We had about 10 towels from different cabins in our place, our linens are all gone and mismatched. We spent HOURS AND HOURS cleaning our own cabin just so the next cleaners helped us clean on time for our next guest today. I honestly can't believe a "cleaner" can leave a place so disgusting and destroyed. We trusted her with our business and our cabin and we couldn't be more disappointed!!! I've been waiting to write this review out of fear of retaliation to my home. But I sold it now, so here it is: Crystal is the worst out of 6 different cleaners we used in Big Bear. All she did was vacuum and spray fragrance. She never spent more than 30 minutes to clean 3 beds, a bathroom and a kitchen!! It took my wife and I 2 hours to clean with two of us. I personally caught her not changing sheets! When we fired Crystal she showed up with her midget of a boyfriend to try to intimidate me. I was calm, it's just business. This guy was shaking like a leaf and I never said anything mean or disrespectful to Crystal. So why was he so upset?? Bottom line is , if you care about getting your place clean and do not want to lose business due to cleanliness, DO NOT hire Crystal. There are a lot of cleaners in Big Bear. Upon initially hiring Crystal to clean my STR, I never had many guest complaints. But one of the things I asked her constantly ... please only put out white towels for the guests. Many times I would arrive after a clean only to have colored mis-matched towels and sometimes they were put away in the cupboard...wet. She would always get very huffy if you asked her anything related to cleaning my home. My new neighbor also a a STR and had a very similar experience with Crystal. read more

Hiring and finding dependable people in Big Bear is a serious challenge to say the least so the fact that Crystal has been our housecleaner for 5 years and we have over 250, 5 star reviews on Airbnb should tell you all you need to know. I have read a few of the negative reviews on here about Crystal and all I have to say about that is as long as you treat people with respect, you pay on time, you have good communication and you're a reasonable person than you shouldn't have a problem finding a quality housecleaner for your Big Bear home. If you treat people poorly, you're demanding and expect people to bow to your feet just because you left them a voicemail then good luck to you operating in Big Bear because you're going to need it. Not only is she great at making the cabin clean and inviting for each guest but she is a great communicator, has helped us to maintain our cabin, has looked out for our cabin and keeping it within code or stocked AND been there for us (and even a few guests) in several last minute or crazy rental situations. I unfortunatly had a very unplesent experience with Crystal Clean, I own a cabin in BigBear that she cleaned couple times. I noticed on my security cameras that she and her husband just spend 20mins total at my place and charged me $90. There is no way you can clean 6beds, change sheets, wash towels, clean the floors and bathroom, countertops and so on... in such a short given time. After noticing this to her she went absolutely silence on me, I tried calling her, texting her, reaching out per e-mail but no response.I had to hire another service that went in my place and stated it was for sure not guest ready at all. I feel scammed! Stay away from this unprofessional behavior. read more
