Responsive and they even got down into the specifics of how I wanted items folded or which ones they would send back ready for me to hang. This service changed my life and was well worth it to have the support and time back. I always joke that the first gal Marie Kondo folded my underwear and it was so wild yet organized and space efficient that it's now the only way I fold my underwear. It just flew right down. Upon inspection the hem was crooked and uneven, and the wrong machine was used for the type of fabric my wedding dress is made of. The hem was also only half- done, so it had to be completed again, requiring another visit. The second time, it was still crooked, bunched up, and uneven. These alterations cost me well over $100 and they were worthless. I took my dress elsewhere to have the damage fixed, and when the seamstress removed the "new" zipper, it was dirty, had prior needle holes in it, was trimmed and made uneven, was obviously USED. The alterations person added a used dirty zipper to my brand new dress. Mind you, this is my WEDDING DRESS, not a pair of cheap pants. UNBELIEVABLE. The repair of the damage done by alterations at Blue Jay Cleaners cost me an additional $250. And due to time constraints caused by Blue Jay Cleaners' ineptitude, the dress could not be repaired completely until the day before my ceremony, causing me undue stress. When I attempted to speak with Allen to discuss these issues, the staff at the shop said he'd be in touch and took down my number. I've followed up twice and still no call or even a text from the owner. This guy does not care what happens with his customers because he knows he's the only game in town. Allen, I'm severely disappointed and wish you would make this right.
