I chose option b because I'm frankly strapped for time. I put in a quote on Yelp and several businesses answered. I wound up choosing Tally Maids as they had availability January 2nd which is when I was trying to get everything done. That and they had great reviews. At any rate, Cornelius was very responsive and even recommended a carpet cleaning company for me as they do just about everything except that. I was happy with the service, and if I'm strapped for time, I'd hire them again. The house was left clean and I thought the price was reasonable.

Mopstix was available for my short notice AND did a fantastic job at at a much better price. We then discussed a ceiling to floor cleaning, and I signed up for that. I have a 3000 square foot area. Wow! The service was fantastic. They are very professional and the price very reasonable. Every beam, door frame, light fixture, ceiling fan, blind, baseboards, cabinets, window seals and floors were cleaned. They even clean your lamp shades. The bathrooms were impeccable.
