The establishment was clean for what it was but had lots of old equipment there that might should have been sent to the dump. There wasn't any attendants due to it being connected to a BP gas station, hut all in all. It was nice because the place was completely empty of people which was nice. I had the place to myself.

Customer service was excellent (on this day) and they were able to do the job in time. The price was very reasonable for the quick turn around. When we returned to picked up the outfit , it was a different individual at the counter and we were not greeted even after we said hello and the stain was still very visible. The young lady advised that they only "washed" the item and didn't attempt the "stain removal". (Not sure why). It was what was requested at drop off. It was nothing that could be done about it, so we left and purchased a new outfit.

Price was beyond reasonable. This easily would have been 2-3 times as much back in South Florida. As far as quality goes, no complaints. All my items were perfectly cleaned. In fact, they had everything done within a day or so. I just took my sweet time to pick up everything. I don't really have anything negative to say. That said, why not five stars if I would return whenever I need something dry cleaned? Probably because while they did a great job, I wasn't mind blown. That is until August when I went for my last time to find a note on the door saying that they have permanently closed and I had still never received my items so I left a note on the door that was never followed up on. I would like a service member to reach out to me so that I can identify my items and get back what was mine. I am extremely unhappy with my experience.
