I was a regular customer until today when they horrendously dropped the ball on an alteration I needed done. Was told it was going to be ready today after dropping it off two weeks ago and turns out the one that does alterations is in Mexico. I've overlooked the last few times they didn't deliver on time but this was the last straw. The people are friendly but their information is not consistent and I wouldn't trust them to deliver on time frankly. They also referred me to a place that was no longer in business either to top it all off. read more

From the moment I stepped inside I felt like royalty because I was treated so well. I had read a previous review about Nancy being a wonderful cashier....and I actually got to meet her and had the great experience other reviewers had talked about. When I went back a few days later to pick up my suits, Nancy was there again to greet me and treat me extremely well. Her team went above and beyond in replacing some worn or missing buttons, and that was unexpected. I brought my very thick and expensive cashmere off-white sweater in to be cleaned. I had spilled three small wine drips down the front. I IMMEDIATELY washed it with COLD water. The stains faded considerably. Since you could still see the spots very faintly and it was really old out, I decided to dry clean it rather than wash it by hand because I was afraid it would not dry quickly when laid out on a towel. The employee put tape on the three areas to alert the cleaner of the marks because they were so faint. I came back in to pick it up and they had it wrapped over tissue paper and under a plastic cover as you would expect. Well, there were three very large dark brown stains over where the other small stains were. I said, Wait, what's this? This is worse than when I brought it in. She said, Oh I didn't see that. The Owner came in and I showed her. She said, Oh you should never put cold water on a wine stain" WHAT? I told her, of course you do. I put it on immediately. She then said since I PRE-Treated it, They could not guarantee they could get it out. I told her, Well you GOT the wine stains out, but the chemicals you used left huge brown stains. She replied that they would TRY and remove them. I returned and the stains are lighter but still there. In Spite of me bringing in a reputable Stain info site print-out, on how to remove wine stain from CASHMERE, clearly listing one of the options as COLD WATER, she refused to take responsibility for staining my sweater and pay me for a replacement. She said I Pre-treated it. I said, if I hadn't washed it out right away it would have set and been harder to remove. I am not saying she didn't remove the stains-she did! No more wine stains. What she did was ruin my sweater with her treatment of it. She was extremely nasty to me and my sister who was there to support me. She could have owned up to this but didn't. I would not honor a woman with so little integrity with any business. read more

While this appears to be a reputable business, I was not treated well. I had one item to pick up. They could not find it and asked me when I dropped it off. I did not have the date and the owner was rude. However, they did find the item. I went to use my debit card, but they require a $12.00 minimum. I did not have cash and was told this policy had been in effect for many years. This was only my second time there and I will NOT be back. read more

We have been taking our clothes and The Fireman's uniforms here for as long as I can remember. The staff is so friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate your needs. My sweet husband is a dripper. So things that should be regularly laundered I take and have dry cleaned since we like our clothes to last in longevity. You want to get your monies worth. I'm still wearing items from ten years ago and having people ask me where I bought them. I recently accident spilled Alfredo sauce on a romper and they made it look just as it did the day I bought it. I just picked up my shirts and slacks and I have to say I am very disappointed. This is my first time using them but I felt I had o give them the chance since they are on my way to work. So I've already used two of my white dress shirts and both I had to iron at home because they are badly wrinkly. This is the last time i go here. Very bad first impression. The purpose of dry cleaning for me is so: 1. I can just throw on the short and not have to iron (which this place didn't accomplish that for me) 2. So my shirts can feel nice and crispy (which in this case the shirts feel half crispy). Once again very disappointed and not going back. read more
