I took in a black blazer to be dry cleaned. The woman was very nice and told me it would be ready by end of week. They left me message a day earlier that it was ready. I went to pick up and couldn't believe how reasonable the dry cleaning was. The blazer looked beautiful and they put crumpled paper in sleeves to keep blazer in excellent condition. for my daughter's wedding we went in to have several alterations done and several things dry cleaned. They were prompt, courteous, and did a great job! I was so pleased that they fixed the deep plunge in my dress with a snap rather than just tacking it. Made it lay better. I found this company through twitter when I saw that they were making sanitary masks to help protect against the coronavirus and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them! When I received my order the package was open and half my order was missing, they offered to ship me two more masks without question. The masks are extremely high quality and the management communicated via email with me every step of the way (i.e. verifying order, shipping number, etc). My mother & sister got their dresses hemmed here and when my mother went to pick it up there were STAINS on the dress! My mother asked them to clean it because of the damage they created and they said that it was HER fault and took her dresses behind the counter and would not give them to my mother after she just paid!!! I had a nice black work pencil skirt with a hidden seam fixed (the seam had fallen out) and a pair of jeans hemmed here. I had called around and Aloha had the best price on hemming in town. Customer service on phone has been very friendly and helpful, when I went in there was a bit of a language barrier but everything turned out great, very quick and efficient. Update 2014: I went back to have two pairs of jeans hemmed and they rushed me during the pinning process, it was easily noticeable that the two legs on both pairs didn't match up. It wasn't even the same for both pairs (the left leg was shorter on one, right leg on the other pair). I asked about this and the woman said it was probably my legs. Um, no. She rushed me out the door; I went back ten min later to collect my jeans and cancel my order. I immediately went to Santa Maria Custom Sewing and got great service. read more

First experience there was great. But every time I go back for small alterations such as sewing a hole or a strap I'm noticing the item is getting damaged when I get it back. Items I'm taking to get dry cleaned are now not repairable; White clothes are coming back off white, others are getting damaged, or there's new stains that can't be removed.Won't be back here after today. read more

Don't bring your jeans here. Other alterations are probably fine but as far jeans go...you've been warned. The staff is really nice however they rush through their work and ruined two pair of new jeans due to taking shortcuts. read more

Great experience!! I had one dress with a spot, was taken out without a problem. I also brought in my husbands suit jacket. It had ink stains, and instead of trying to get it out and charge me an arm and a leg, she told me the honest truth, it was hopeless. I will for sure become a regular. read more

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience here! Dropped my dress off for alterations on a Monday and was told it would be done the following Friday. As Friday rolled around I called around 11am to see if I could pick up my dress, I was told it will be ready around 6 o'clock after work I zoomed over to pick my dress up and they couldn't find it ! After they finally found it the seamstress said it wasn't finished. Slightly frustrated, I left and said I would be back first thing in the morning. When I returned Saturday morning I tried on my dress and it WAS NOT ALTERED AT ALL !!!! Soooo frustrating !! So to all of you who are searching for someone to alter clothing.
