When brought to Cameron's attention he stated that his fingers were too large to clean the tracks. At the high cost of service I expect the window tracks to be cleaned also. We have screens on only 3 windows along with the sliding glass patio door. I know that the patio door screen was not removed and cleaned. It is an inside screen and needed to be removed in order to clean it properly. The screen door leading to the master bedroom was NOT cleaned. When brought to Cameron's attention he said he didn't clean it because it was locked. He did not offer to clean it if I unlocked it so I didn't pursue it. Maybe my expectations are too high in which case Cameron did a great job of cleaning the windows while being polite and professional. Next time I will ask for a list of exactly what services will be provided for the money being charged.

He gave me a range quote over Yelp, but then came in person to do a walkaround to give me an exact quote. Very reasonable pricing, a steal in my opinion, given my lack of window cleaning skills and motivation. They did the exterior, interior and screens. I have a few solar screens he would've cleaned for an add on price, but he advised against it being necessary given the wear/discoloration on my solars. Appreciated his honesty! The time estimated to complete deep cleaning was approximately 5 hours for $360. A long list of items to be included was provided. Cayla and her husband arrived on time as agreed. I was surprised to see a bare minimum of cleaning supplies and tools they intended to use for the job. Example: small portable vacuum with questionable power to adequately clean carpets. After about 1.5 hours I left to get lunch. When I returned at 12:30 pm, they were gone and I received a text requesting full payment for the job - as agreed. I inspected the house to learn many items on the long deep cleaning list were not completed or to a standard of acceptance. Example: the inside of the stove was not cleaned, tile floors were not mopped (watermarks remained), the piano had dust remaining, the glass shower splash panel had water marks, and dust remained under every item of furniture. When I contacted the company, an apology was offered that they didn't meet my high standards. I expect my standards are not overly high -- just normal expectations for a deep cleaning job. I questioned the amount of time they spent when 5 hours had been booked. I questioned why the oven had not been cleaned (they forgot and took $20 off the estimate) and was reminded that payment was owed. I wouldn't use this company again under any circumstances.
