I have had work done by Crystal Clear since 2016. Today on 3/11/2026 I had them out again to wash my interior windows. As always, the work was excellent and even exceeded my expectations. The job was easy to schedule with Andrew Torres, the owner, as he is an great communicator and very understanding of our needs. Giovanni, the man who came to do the work, did an amazing job and it was super comfortable and pleasant to have in my home. He was competent, efficient, thorough, and went above and beyond in performing the job. It was another great experience. They will be returning to do more work outside next month. Just had the crew from Crystal Clear Window at our LARGE home with many windows. The crew was responsible, professional and very respectful of our home and our privacy. The crew arrived on-time, set up immediately and followed all of our directions to the letter. The windows were crystal clear when they finished and one area that had adhesive on the glass and they made sure to let us know the process to clean it could scratch the glass before proceeding. I always try to get personal references on companies I w haven't used Before. My friend is thrilled with crystal clear for gutter maintenance. They have now done our gutters twice and they came so fast and did the work so quickly and well that I too am thrilled. Their pricing is competitive, Which is always a good thing. I'm so pleased with their work that I have asked them to do my roofs; removing the moss and putting a chemical on the roof to prevent growth for the next 2 years. Crystal Clear Windows did not return a voice message that I had left advising them that I was referred to them by our realtor and provided his name. So I then requested a quote via Yelp and advised that I had also left a voice message. They responded to my Yelp request much slower than the other quotes that were requested at the same time. When they did finally respond they acknowledged that they had gotten my voice message, made some excuse about me not leaving a name, but then told me the name that was on their caller ID. This is the kicker, I advised Crystal Clear Windows that our realtor referred us to them. They didn't seem to care because they didn't even bother to call me when they said that would in a subsequent message received via Yelp's messaging. Buyer beware of a company that ignores potential customers referral. Especially referral business...and referrals from a realtor. read more

I was looking for a new company to clean my windows. I called Crystal Clear and enjoyed talking to the actual owner to set an appointment time. He was organized and friendly. There is no comparison with a larger, less personally involved company. Having a stranger enter my home can be a little uncomfortable. But when Jonathan showed up from Crystal Clear he was thoughtful, engaging and went out of his way to make sure every streak was wiped away. He looked at the window after he did each one instead of just moving on. I could tell he took pride in the service he provided. I felt comfortable with him in all areas of my home instead of fearing uneasy. My windows looked much better after Jonathan had cleaned them than after other window cleaners had been there. They did a great job! I had them clean various roofs, they were able to get thick moss off of a small roof in my backyard, they cleaned out my gutters and power washed some brick which now looks brand new. They cleaned everything up afterwards and it looks better than before they arrived. Really nice employees all around, too. I'll be using them again. read more

I just had Crystal Clear Window & Washing come out to clean out my gutters, power wash my driveway and do an exterior wash on my windows. The crew did an amazing job on everything. We had a lot of moss growing on and around our driveway and now it looks brand new. There was a great deal of care and attention to detail in the job which I don't often see. I'd be happy to have them come out and do another job, though I don't think I will need to for some time! I honestly just reset my yelp password (hadn't signed in for years) to write a good review for these people because I was so impressed. I also want to note that everyone involved from the estimate to cleanup was very conscious about keeping a safe social distance during the pandemic. Called on a Monday for a quote and explanation of their procedures for cleaning our windows. Got a great quote and an even better explanation and they came out the next day @10am. Very nice, clean and respectful crew. Let me watch them and ask lots of potentially annoying questions. One guy was inside, while the other was outside and they thoroughly cleaned all my windows including all of the mildew in the window tracks. It was our first time getting the windows cleaned in 20 plus yrs (1999). They even cleaned all of the garage door windows and all of the screens and it was like we were in a brand new house when they finished. Our house is 3300 sq ft with approx 45 windows and it took them approx 3-4 hrs to complete. Very fair price too and excellent work. Highly recommend them !!!! read more

Jon from Crystal Clear came out right at 8 am as scheduled -first Jon did a walk through so I could describe the screens. The clips are difficult to undo and I wanted Jon to see how they worked so none would be damaged or lost. Jon completely understood. He took care with cleaning the windows inside and out and he even got hard water marks off a window in the shower. He was here close to four hours working meticulously inside and out, removing and replacing several screens and the dividers on some windows upstairs. He was careful and happy to move and replace anything that obstructed his path to the window. He had no issues with cleaning the windows on our 2nd story He removed and cleaned all of our screens at the same time.
