I really enjoyed working with Robert, his wife at the Squeege clean. They are so nice, genuine and easy to work with that you are going to want to take them home with you. They gave me the most competitive quote and did an amazing job on a house whose windows and concrete had been neglected for decades. The windows and track were literally covered in black mold and to make the job even more difficult the 70's double pane aluminum storm windows were fixed and needed to be dismantled (.....on two floors nonetheless). The concrete around the house was severely covered in moss. The house now looks amazing. The widows, patios and walkway look like new again. Further, as several reviewers have noted, they're just nice people to work with - it improves the quality of the experience. They are building a business and, from my perspective, are using all the tools necessary to make it successful: customer focused and customer responsive; delivering on the promised service (in my case, clean windows, super clean gutters, and moss off a garage roof); and a very reasonable price. So I'm not usually someone who writes reviews, but I have to say that I felt compelled to post one this time! I had Squeegee Clean out yesterday to clean my windows. Robert and his team came out and did the best job I've ever had on my windows. His communication in scheduling was perfect (I even had to reschedule once). He contacted me one day prior to confirm. He arrived on time and ready to go. They worked diligently and efficiently getting the windows clean inside, outside and the screens! He even made sure the skylights were done beautifully. Robert was very responsive via email, which is how I prefer to communicate. He provided a bid for window washing from photos of my home I sent over. When his two brother-in-laws arrived to clean my windows, they knocked and told me what the plan was. I told them my toddler was napping in her bedroom, so they offered to do her window last. They were so quiet and worked efficiently. I appreciate the courtesy and respect they showed, and my windows look great! I paid extra to have the rails cleaned too and wow -- he got 20 years' worth of dust and grime out and made them look practically brand new! I want to Rave about Robert and his wife, and the fabulous job they did, cleaning the many many windows with exterior storm window attachments, skylights, and sunporch involving seven large, extremely soiled overhead windows, that live under fir trees. They work tirelessly for an entire day, then I'm trying to next-door to finish. The window cleaning is perfect. And the cost was very reasonable!
