Regardless of service performed, this place is getting a 1 star for the simple reason that at least one of their employees seems to enjoy tormenting pets. I am a disabled individual who was home for the service. I was in my office on the computer with the lights off, energy conservation and ample sun et al. I'm typing something and imagine my surprise as a harsh blast of air is blasted into my window. My ground-level, back yard window that had nothing from the gutter cleaning ordered on it with nothing else on the side of my house blasted. Imagine my surprise as I see one of the cleaners nearly nose-to-glass with my window grinning like an idiot as my cat - who had been fairly curiously watching - flees in a panic from the sudden loud noise. I don't think they saw me from behind my monitors and with the glare on the window, but they certainly saw the sun-lit cat in the window watching them before they decided to scare the poor thing. If that's the kind of people you're hiring that delight in the torment of animals, nobody should support this service. read more

It's been a number of years since I've washed windows in our home, and I've never gone up to clean the roof and gutters/downspouts--and hiring AA Window/Roof/Gutter Cleaning is worth every penny we've paid them over the past dozen years or so. Excellent work, prompt service and communication, and the nicest people--which is important, since they're working inside our home. Respectful, unobtrusive, and year after year the same guys (shoutout to Josiah and Samuel, both of whom have worked for us). Late to post this, but AA Window and Gutter Cleaning did a really fine and thorough job cleaning out the gutters on our house and garage a few months ago. We live in an area with plenty of maples and Doug firs, so there was a lot of gutter cleaning to be done. Credit here goes to Mike, the technician, who did the work and who was super conscientious about everything. Can't imagine that he'd have been more careful had this been his own property. The first time I really liked their service. But last Fall the person that cane to do clean the gutters did a terrible job and I found myself having to clean some clogged gutters over the patio. I canceled the service back then but they sent another person out about a month ago, without any advanced call, and my wife thought I had arranged it which I had not. They charged to apply some moss remover which didn't work and the skylight windows were not cleaned. When their accounting sent a bill for $300 I held off paying because of the poor service. They never called back and after the second bill (which I reluctantly paid) I have requested that they stop coming to our house. read more

They did a great job of cleaning the gutters and windows, and cleaning up the debris from the gutters afterwards. My compost bin was full, so they bagged up the additional leaves into green bags (so I can transfer them into the compost bin later). They texted me before they came so I knew they were on their way. I gave this company ample time to respond to the issue with the roof cleaning they performed. Obviously they don't really care. We have used this company several times in the past so it surprises me of the quality of the work and that they choose to ignore any problems. This started with when the cleaner showed up. My roof is as important as anyone else's, so the fact that you spent 2 extra hours at the previous appointment is not my problem. We called the company and there was no answer or any attempt to contact us. The cleaning was completed with damage to my roof. This included lifted to broken shingles and a ripped out heat stack. I took pictures of all the damage and notified the company that I would be getting an estimate for repairs and would be sending them the bill. Again, no response. Sent the estimate and again, no response. They sure were quick to charge my credit card for the cleaning though. Which by the way, my credit card was not supposed to be on file. If you choose to use this company, be sure you inspect the work before authorizing payment. Since they refuse to respond, I'm left with writing a negative review. I'll just keep writing them until I get a response. read more

We contacted them via email for a quote and they were fast and friendly at geting us a number. It was competitive and they offered additional helpful services if we wanted them. The booked appointment was not far off, we booked in march between some of the rain for a de moss treatment and gutter clean came in at around 350$. They came and went in the daytime as scheduled, tidied up and left the roof looking great. They sent after pictures and are happy to include before by request. At the last minute I told him I forgot the high window in the entry , and it's not easy to get too ! But he got it , I am not a lover of heights ! And the only thing you might be fortunate to grab or leap to is the crystal chandelier to take a ride to the floor . Had a Moss Treatment and removal done last month and it was excellent. The employee was prompt, courteous and I worked very hard and I appreciated it. His name was Taylor. I liked the service so much that I opted to have the regular maintenance plan twice a year. April and in October. The reason for my 3 stars is the following. I called their office to see how I needed to get set up for the regular maintenance plan and if I needed to give them a date in October that worked for me so I can make sure that I am home and to ensure I unlock the back gate for their entry. The customer service rep stated that AA Window and Gutter cannot and does not give you a time for your maintenance. That their technicians will just "show up" at a random date and time. I stated that would not be possible because like most people, my gates are locked. I was informed that most of their clients have no problem with it and most people don't lock their gates. WHAT??? That is insane! I asked again that all I would need is a day heads-up from them and I would make sure to be ready and AA Window stated there is no way for them or their service to have the ability (in 2018 mind you!) to notify their customers they were going to do a treatment. So any random day, their will be someone climbing my roof and a random charge on my credit card that will be a surprise. This just doesn't make sense! They have to schedule the worker to go to the house, why can they not make a quick text or email like they did when scheduling my first visit? The customer service rep made it very clear that every other customer of theirs do not lock their gates and do not mind having random people climbing their roofs and I asked her to please let her owner know that yes, people in fact do lock backyards for safety and if they should ever have a heads up text, I would be happy to sign up with them again. Until then, I am no longer a customer. read more
