We have used ClearView for only the outside windows, haha because we think we are going to do the inside windows (which we don't :)). Rick is trustworthy and has been around the area for a long time. It's nice to trust your window cleaner, because they are all over your house, and you want them to be careful. We had just gotten our house painted and new gutters, and no problem to have ClearView out soon after. They were even so kind to schedule our windows to be cleaned right before Christmas, in the cold. Solid company ... look no further!

Communication was poor throughout the process. Another challenge was that several of the workers did not speak English, which made it very stressful to communicate exactly what I wanted and did not want. On two separate occasions, the quality of the cleaning was below expectations. What was most disappointing was how my concerns were handled. When I raised a concern about the service, Blanca raised her voice and repeatedly yelled at me to "listen to her" instead of calmly addressing the issue. I felt disrespected and that my feedback was not valued. It seemed like I was expected to simply accept things as they were rather than voice any concerns. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, inconsistent service, and the way my concerns were handled have led me to decide it's time to try another cleaning company.
