Bove has been super busy, but they still got me in within a week. They let me drop my van off the…read morenight before, so I didn't have to just leave it on the side of the road with the keys under the mat. They actually have a drop box, but since I got there right before they closed, they went ahead and put my van in the gated area for me. The next day was the repair. They diagnosed the issue quickly and still took the time to check everything else. Turned out it was a heater hose (which is pretty common in my vehicle). They had to order the part and do an oil change, but everything was done by 8 a.m. the next morning! I'm more than satisfied. Oh--and when you get your oil changed there, they give you 6 months of roadside assistance! How cool is that? The customer service is amazing--everyone's all smiles, and they don't rush you out the door. They're happy to chat or explain what's going on with your car. Amazing core values and great prices! . VinGogh truly saved the…read moreday and went the extra mile after a nearby "15 minute oil change" shop drained my CVT transmission fluid instead of engine oil. Very knowledgeable, nice, and easy to talk to staff that made a crummy situation way better. Great documentation with excellent communication and a very fast turnaround to top it off. they stayed late and had it all done very quickly for something so short notice. They even took a very noticeable collision dent out of my front bumper free of charge! I'm not saying expect free repairs, but they're great people who get the job done right. Couldn't be happier given the circumstances and I will definitely be taking my business here again.
