They are in the sunroom of a mobile home where the sunroom was built on a slab foundation as an addition many years ago. Since the addition, Code Enforcement updated its requirement has mandated that IF the windows are REPLACED they must replaced with Hurricane/wind resistant windows. After getting many estimates for window replacement from multiple companies, I explained to Christy at A Pane in the Glass and she and Scott came up with an excellent plan... because our window manufacturer is still in business, they were able to purchase trim from the original manufacturer to replace the existing trim which was severely sun damaged, cracked and breaking off with new trim. The job took a good day but after it was done, our windows look fantastic and like they are brand new! Replacement cost -$13,000-$15,500 Trim replacement - $2,570. WIN FOR US! We are so very thankful to A Pane in the Glass!

So we needed to postpone until we would be here for a longer period of time. Prior to our returning to the area and because they were so respective and informative in our encounter with them in October we didn't hesitate to contacted them and only them to set up an appointment for an estimate and to proceed with the work. But, we waited and waited and no show on the appointment time. Called, got a recording, left a message, no call back. Things happen, jobs run long, people get sick, employees quit We get it! But to not show up, call to reschedule, or call back after a missed call. I change my first statement I'm really disappointed.
