This company uses high powered leaf blowers to supposedly clean doorways, walkways, thorough-fares and streets of debris. What they do instead is to create a health hazard and nuisance buy blowing dust in your air and on your personal property, like cars. Not including the noise they make early in the morning. It is really disgusting and criminal that they get away with doing this. Some cities ban these activities all together. read more

They do the yard at Andreas place on Portsmouth ave. They have cut my lights on my fence that connects to andreas place. And blow the leaves into the street clogging the street drains. They are rude and try to use my property to take lunch. Leaf blowers are now banned in Portland Oregon. Thank God. They would run them for over 2 hrs. read more

They do not know how to "landscape." Their workers know nothing about plants. All they do is cut grass and leaf blow leaves from the driveway back INTO the garden. When they don't even know that leaf blowers work best for getting leaves OUT of a garden it's a sad day. You can find someone to work for minimum wage to do a better job than these so-called professionals. They destroyed all the bushes in our complex when asked to trim them (see pictures), and use harsh chemicals to keep the place a big mud puddle. I got home last night and found a cute Christmas coffee mug full of candies next to my mailbox. It was such a cheerful touch at the end of a busy and long day (quickly turning into a big windstorm - yikes). It's something that account managers do all the time at Christmas, but it's not just gestures like this that are frosting on the cake, but what occurs the rest of the year that matters and builds the foundation of the cake. And that's what I've found with Crystal Greens Landscaping. They come out and keep our property looking great with everything from lawn mowing (in between the raindrops) and trimming and pruning, etc. The gentlemen they send to do the work are very nice and professional. Their vehicles are well kept and good looking, and I'm always glad to have them on the property. They work hard, show up on time, and get the job done. They are also willing to bid on and entertain other work projects for us throughout the year. Possibly the best thing about all of this is Brett Swanson, our account manager. If there is a problem, Brett is always glad to talk on the phone or come on out and talk in person. He's also the guy who gives out the Christmas goodies! Brett can solve problems on the fly and is always great about just stopping by and saying hi and checking up on things and to see if I am satisfied. Yes, I am satisfied. Crystal Greens has built us a very nice foundation (or cake) to frost throughout the year with excellent service and candies. Give Crystal Greens a call and you just might get lucky enough to have them come and take care of your property. Omg, The WORST of all landscaping. 1. They dont speak English (of course not, they are cheap labor!) Every time they blow the walkway/apt entrance (after mowing) of leaves, dirt etc. they stand "in front of the door", and blow it into and "under" our door way" which comes into the apartment all over the floor. My neighbors have complained to, but nothing happens. These guys are "clueless" and they dont care. That's why I am rating this company with 1 star. read more

Do not use these guys. Horrible horrible horrible. I was on my way back to my truck after eating lunch when I saw one of there employees on a ride behind mower hit the rear bumper of my truck. Not lightly, hit it hard enough that the hole truck rocked back and forth. He was just going to continue on, so I approached him and asked what the deal was and told him that I just watched him hit my truck. He then just kept trying to ride his mower away from me. I repeatedly asked for his info, I asked his name, I asked what company he worked for and he continued to just try to get away from me and not give me any answers. I had to call the POLICE to come and force them to get the information I needed about the company and himself. About thirty minutes later one of their "Forman" showed up and tried to blame me for my tailgate hanging over the grass. Which is a complete joke. My truck was parked completely legally in its spot. He then told me that the bumper looked messed up before his guy hit it which he would Have zero way to tell what my rig looked like Before. They were doing everything they could to blame Me instead of trying to make it right. There was not a single apology or question of what can we do to solve this. Just crystal green landscape company pointing fingers at anyone but them. They treated me exstreamly rude and it was a Horrible experience that the police had to get involved to solve. The one review is from a manager of a property..who seems to be contacted to this company in some way that makes her review of this company sound like they are the answer to everything but really does not talk about what service they really provide..other than candies and a service rep named Brett. Look the real truth is this company is cheap they higher people who don't take care or concern of people and private property..messy and totally typical blow and go Gardner's. They destroy any plants you might have of your own in pots and in the ground​, and when you ask the person who did that, they walk away and try to hide and never own up to mistakes or even offer a solution to what they did. Let's not forget​ that they also use a blower to blow debries all over your front door and porch and not clean that up for weeks or until someone says something. The first review is a sham...the lady is impressed by candies and a rep named Brett...but really does not go into detail about the service...well take this review to Hart... because it is true...they suck, don't care about quality and service and are a joke of lawn care and landscaping...they block enterances with thier trucks and residents carports to do thier jobs....last they destroy your plants in pots on your porch and any flowers planted. Crystal Greens was charged with maintaining my rental property for several years. During the time they "maintained" my property the plants died and we hired CG to investigate this and they recommended planting new plants at my expense. Later on I found out that CG had during their course of their maintenance had neglected to even once turn on or check the automatic irrigation. Consequently plants , even mature plants , died back and some died altogether and had to be removed. Even though I called them repeatedly they just responded only via e-mail and wrote that they had a warranty and they would only replace plants that they had planted within the past 6 months. Of course plants that th hadn't planted by them died as well due to their neglect so much damage was done. The property manager confirmed that crystal greens never once checked on the irrigation even though CG was being paid a monthly stipend to maintain the landscape consisting of not only plants they planted but other plants. I the owner kept asking if the irrigation was working and was told it was when in fact CG had not been checking the system at all and had never even asked for the key to the irrigation box. Crystal Greens refuses to call back and just insists that their full bill be paid in full for new plants and neglectful maintenance and takes no responsibility for negligence through their simple lack of attention to turning on an automatic irrigation system. read more
