I gave the lady 2 $100.00 bills and she handed me $15.00. I told her that was not enough change. She couldn't add either because she thinks $55.00 & $65.00 equals $135.00 and I didn't pay attention and realizes it should have been $120.00 until I was driving home that I was charged too much. Plus, she has to count it 3 times. I was given change for $135.00 not a $120.00. I was frustrated by that time; I didn't catch that I was being charged too much. I have now been there twice…read more The first time for a 75-minute Integrated massage and this week for a sugar foot scrub and a 120-minute Integrated massage. I tend to not relax easily (I find myself with stiff arm or leg right in middle of massage and have to consciously tell myself to relax) so the extra 45 minutes "to relax" was great. My only disappointment is at the end of each massage was the question about how the massage was...because that meant it was over. Susan Oliver finds the spots that need attention (pre-massage questions and then during the massage she found spots I didn't know were tight) and she fixes them. Just make sure you confirm the appointment before you show up.
