Also for a coverup during the massage, they give you a regular sized bath towel and not a full sheet, so you will need to be comfortable with not being fully covered. There was a bit of a wait because it seemed they were unexpectedly short staffed that day. They also take walkins that could delay your appointment. This was a general question asked at that time and was not accompanied by any specific referral information or advance transition planning prior to the visit. The termination letter was issued weeks after these events and states that the decision followed prior interactions and references efforts to "de-escalate." On March 5, however, I left the appointment after the doctor acknowledged that the situation may not have been handled well and discussed a plan for continuing care. When I returned expecting that care on March 13, I was instead informed that treatment had been discontinued without prior notice. Based on this experience, the practice's handling of this situation raises serious concerns about its integrity, professionalism, and basic respect for patients.
