The massage was pretty good. I got a full body Swedish massage and really enjoyed the scalp and foot portion. The calf and overall left portion was a bit painful but I did feel refreshed after. Unfortunately I got contact dermatitis on my face where I laid on the bed. I'm not sure it is the detergent they used to clean the fabric or the lack of. The value of the place when getting the membership is worth it though because we got a military package for $70 a month. I was able to get a free eyebrow waxing and it was done very well. I went to see her personally since it was obvious she wasn't going to address my concerns in an email. To make a long story short, she didn't even investigate with the technician concerning what happened and didn't plan to. She proceeded to blame my daughter for the burns and said that since it wasn't my experience she didn't want to talk to me further, so I told her to contact my daughter to further investigate. I waited a week for her to call her and she never did. I plan to send this complaint to the BBB and massage envy's corporate office, however, I'm pretty sure they will deny culpability. The answer came as soon as the clipping process was underway and I was soon deeply grateful for being there. My attending "clipper" was awesome in many and all ways, making me comfortable at all times and answering all of my questions in a very clear and kind manner.
