The staff is great, nurses are friendly and very supportive, the office is clean and one of the biggest surprises for me was timing. They are almost always on time or within a few minutes. But they take their time with each person and I feel like I am listened to, treated with utmost respect and truly cared for. As I was looking for a doctor who is trained in Integrative medicine for my family, I had some basic questions as to whether the doctor was taking patients only with serious illnesses or otherwise healthy and also insurance. She basically did not know any answers and instead chose to read something repeatedly that really did not answer these simple basic questions. She then got annoyed when I pointed this out to her and asked if someone could get back to me with answers by saying that she had already answered my questions. So I wasted my valuable time and got the worst impression of a doctor's office ever with this person. But perhaps they have so much business that they can have her behave this way? I mean really - at $350 consultation fee plus $175 thereafter that she said most insurance won't cover, I guess they are doing extremely well!
