Dr Yewande Olasimbo has a very attentive bedside manner and is very personable. She also goes by Dr Wendy for short. Yesterday I came in for my annual wellness blood work. I am also on Medicaire which does not pay for any Preventative lab work. Dr Wendy went above and beyond to find which lab work that Medicaire will cover without a cost to me. I mean she researched my prior lab chart, made phone calls to the head medical provider to make sure there would be no cost to me. Now last year I saw a different Physician for the same annual wellness lab work. I also told that physician I had Medicaire; in which she told me all would be covered. To my surprise Medicaire did not cover any cost; inwhich I was billed $893 that I had to pay out of pocket. I was sooo upset! Dr Yewende Olasimbo gave me the confidence and reassurance that she is not just about her job, but has a genuine interest in her patients (which I find rare in most Dr's I have encountered. Dr Yewende (Wendy), you are the best! I am sooo glad I choose you as my Primary Care Physician. Continue to shine with your expertise and wonderful personality.

It does not matter if you send emails or messages through their patient portal -- you simply do not get answers. I reached out multiple times and was ignored. Because they failed to follow up with me, I was forced to book an entire medical appointment and pay a copay just to get information I should have received by email. I wasted both my time and my money. It is now January 13 and I am still without the medication I need and still without a proper reply. This is unacceptable and irresponsible patient management. Healthcare providers should not leave patients in the dark, especially when medications are involved. I will absolutely be going elsewhere.

I called the office directly and have on audio recording saying they are in-network for the specific Tricare plan, which again, is said otherwise by Tricare.
