You could always get an appointment usually within an hour or so and me and my husband both go for manicures and pedicures. Most of the people do a great job. I've never left unhappy. I have sensitive feet and sometimes the callus portion is uncomfortable. Their prices are a little on the pricey side or maybe average as you don't get a discount for mani pedi combo, and the don't give you a discount if you don't get nail polish which I think they should do. We only get regular manicure and pedicures, but I know they do gel and powder dips as well and I saw them doing some sort of nail tips with the technique. Someone came up to the tablet which made me assume they were getting my appointment up but she wound up checking someone out. I was still standing there until finally I was directed to a spa chair, which had just been used and I noticed was not cleaned - rather a bag was used in place of the cleaning. Now I'm used to nail salons using bags but every other one I've been to has ALSO cleaned the spa tubs as well. I sat for a few minutes, someone brought a menu but I knew what I wanted so that was a useless time killer. My broken nail was still cut and filed, and all my nails were cut way shorter than I asked. The pedicure water was freezing cold, and even after repeatedly asking for hot water, it barely improved. The tech also did not wear gloves and touched my feet after walking around the salon, which felt very unsanitary. The massage chair honestly wasn't great either. On top of that, she forgot about the fake nails on my toes and questioned me again about why I wanted them. If it's something you can't do, just say so.. I would've gladly waited for someone else or left. What really bothered me was seeing the nail dust wiped off into the pedicure water, leaving it cloudy and dirty. I also asked for the hot stone massage, which never happened. Overall, I didn't feel listened to, respected, or comfortable. A pedicure should be relaxing -- this experience was the opposite.
