    I found Crystal through Yelp and had her board my cat for the day while my apartment was getting renovated and I was at work. She was very responsive when I messaged her through Yelp and confirmed the date and time. Drop off was easy, I just met her outside her place and gave her my cat. Throughout the first 30 minutes, Crystal sent me multiple pictures of my cat and complimented how cute and friendly she was! I really appreciated the photo updates. I had my boyfriend pick my cat up and she told him how amazing she was, and also how she would love to have my cat over anytime! I ended up contacting her that same week to ask her to board my cat for the day, as were getting our apartment renovated and they come and go with little notice. My boyfriend and I also both work full-time and can't always be home and I knew the loud sounds would scare my cat. She accepted my request so I really appreciate her flexibility. I highly recommend letting your fur babies stay with Crystal, as she is responsive and really cares for animals and her clients. :)

    I wish I had a good experience with this, but it was a nightmare. I want to start off by saying this is not the first time I have boarded my cat. He has stayed at big pet hotels and with cat sitters at their homes and done well. Firstly, the litter box that Crystal provides is a cardboard box with a plastic bag and barely an inch of litter for all the cats to share. This resulted in my cat going into his carrier to do his business. Also, if you are a cat owner, please know that your cat will be free roaming with all the other cats and dogs that Crystal is boarding at that time. There are no safe places for the cats and there is no introductory period. They are all just thrown in one room together. In addition to this, Crystal consistently asked me to pick my cat up early even though I was out of town. I eventually had a friend pick him up. My cat was so upset with his environment that he jumped on top of the corner of the fridge. There was SO much clutter up there and my friend had to go into the home to get him. Crystals home has things everywhere and overall did not look like a good environment for multiple dogs and cats. If I had known that was the environment, I would not have boarded my cat here. When I asked Crystal in the beginning to send me photos of her place, she ignored my request. Because of her good reviews, I thought it would be okay, but that clearly wasn't the case. After everything, I got my cats things back only to find that they gave us another pet's collar. Why it was even off, i have no clue. I will never come back to this place to board my cat. If you have a cat PLEASE DO NOT BOARD HERE. They will spend all their time hiding from the dogs and other cats. Also, she never gave me her venmo and I was unable to find her through her phone number. I texted her employee for it twice and didn't receive a response.

    Crystal is readily available and quick to answer any concerns. I felt very reassured to leave my cat Annabelle with her. Mind you, Annabelle's not your normal feline as she's extremely sensitive and needs a lot of attention/cuddles. It was encouraging to get photos of her while I was away and she looked happy and healthy when I picked her up. Crystal Pet Hotel is now my go to when I'm traveling.

    Crystal watched our 2 doggos over the weekend and it was a great experience from start to finish. She's very responsive and sent me photos and/or vids daily so we wouldn't worry too much. I can tell our fur babies were treated well and had a great time. Will definitely be using her services again in the future, thank you Crystal!

    My partner and I recently moved to LA and was a bit hesitant to leave our dog, miso with a new sitter as she gets anxious in unfamiliar environments. The moment we dropped miso off at Crystals, she instantly felt comfortable. I love that Crystal kept us in the loop and would send picture/video updates throughout the day. It definitely gave us the reassurance that she's doing well and in good hands. Highly recommend!!

That's exactly why people come in for these evaluations in the first place. If your facility isn't equipped to handle high energy or young dogs, that should be clearly stated upfront on your website. Instead, I paid $40 for what felt like a pre judged, rushed dismissal with zero effort to actually assess or work with her to get comfortable. What was more disappointing was the lack of care or professionalism. No one asked about her behavior history - other than does she not play well with dogs, supervisor didn't use her name, and she was immediately taken to the back with a slip lead and returned minutes later with a blanket judgment. There was no constructive feedback, no suggestions for training, and no guidance on how we could improve and come back. For context, she regularly goes to dog parks and plays off leash without any issues. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and transactional rather than thoughtful or supportive. Just a heads up for other dog owners, you may not get a fair evaluation or any refund if your dog doesn't fit their expectations. Which should be free, then if they pass you pay.

I brought my two rabbits in for a visit and ended up being charged for services that were never clearly explained or approved beforehand. One charge was $22.50 for "brushing out poop" from one of my rabbits, which is something I easily could have done at home. I wasn't given any notice that this would be a separate service or cost. They also added a "wound service" charge, which confused me even more. When I asked what it was for, they said they think one of the rabbits might have a soft spot and suggested adding softer padding in the bedding area--but they also said they weren't sure and that nothing else needed to be done right now. It didn't make sense to charge for a wound service when there wasn't a confirmed issue or treatment. My main concern is the lack of transparency. If a clinic plans to perform additional services or add charges, they should explain them and get approval before doing them. Pet care is already expensive, and clients deserve to know what they're being billed for. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like unnecessary services were added without my consent therefore we will not be returning.

In addition to that, there is a flat $35 late checkout fee and a $25 same-day reservation fee! The added charges feel excessive, especially when availability could simply be declined if they are fully booked for boarding that day. (Like other facilities) Pickup and drop-off window times are very limited, particularly on weekends with verrry little flexibility. Communication can also be frustrating, as phone calls often go unanswered, and reminders about pickup times can feel overly aggressive. While the facility is aesthetically impressive, the overall cost and rigid policies, staff may not justify the value for many pet owners.

I have a 4 year old mini dachshund (lively, frisky, with attitude) who had a dental. Got the required blood work. All normal. Dental supposedly good, no extractions. Got home and she was punk, not unexpected. BUT the next day she was worse, called the practice, never spoke to a Vet but was told this was normal. Okay. Fine. HOWEVER, the third day she was almost comatose, a shell of herself. Called the practice. At first they just said go to ER, then called back and gave me the last appointment of the day. THAT'S where it gets truly awful. I get there, nobody is in the lobby, wait for 20 minutes, finally see Dr. Pirotto, whom I've never seen before. (And never want to see again) My dog apparently had a incredibly high fever but they couldn't find any sign of infection in the gums, etc. All Dr. Pirotto was concerned about was closing up. In the 10 full minutes we actually saw her she must have mentioned they have to close 5 times at least. She wanted to run blood but said running it there wouldn't be as good as sending it out to a lab which would take until sometime on Monday. Meanwhile, despite a serious fever that clearly indicates an infection, she refused to prescribe antibiotics (even as a stop gap), saying they are prescribed too much. WTF!?! She's willing to risk my dog's life to wait a few days!?! Once again, all she cared about was leaving. No sign that she cared about anything else. So... we went to an ER where my dog got fluids, anti nausea meds and antibiotics and is already showing a little sign of life. Dr. Pirotto's attitude and demeanor is unacceptable. As a business person I always make it right for my clients. And in this case we are talking about a LIFE. Also, even though I've asked numerous times, I don't know who actually performed the dental cleaning, which is sketchy to me.
