The place was super clean, safe, and smelled surprisingly good for a building full of dogs making questionable life choices. My parents also loved getting updates and photos of me living my best life while they were away pretending to miss me. (Jasmine, Christina, Ericy, Iliana takes the best selfies of me!) However, it was a Saturday, and the actual holiday was not until Monday. Wanting to avoid another wasted trip, I called this morning to confirm that tours were being conducted and nothing was needed like an appointment. The person I spoke with confirmed that tours were available between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., which matches the information posted on your website. When I arrived, I was informed that I could not go on a tour because the manager was not there and had to take a dog to the veterinarian. Apparently, no other staff member was able to conduct a tour. However, nowhere on the website does it state that tours are dependent on a specific individual being present or that only the manager is authorized to conduct them. Had that information been disclosed, I could have avoided making a second unnecessary trip. When I explained to the front desk employee that I had specifically called this morning to confirm tours before making the drive, she suggested that I may have spoken with a call center because she had been the only person answering phones all morning. I clarified that I had been transferred directly to the South Bay/Carson location and confirmed that this was the location I called. She repeated that she had been the only person answering phones. I then asked what I could do differently next time, since this was now the second time I had been turned away despite following the information provided. Her advice was to call ahead and specifically ask for the South Bay location--which is exactly what I had already done. When I asked if there was a direct phone number for the location so I could avoid this issue in the future, I was told there wasn't one. At this point, I will not be returning. Being turned away twice despite making a good-faith effort to verify tour availability reflects a lack of organization, communication, and courtesy toward prospective clients. If a facility cannot provide consistent information to prospective customers, it raises concerns about reliability and the overall experience I could expect if I entrusted my dog to their care.

It was scary and stressful. Tim helped us realize that training is not just about the dog. It is about teaching the owners how to create healthy boundaries, provide structure, and respond appropriately to each situation. That perspective alone made a huge difference. Since implementing what Tim taught us, Rocko is calmer, more respectful of boundaries, and much better around our toddler. We now feel far more confident and comfortable with the two of them being around each other. Tim did not just help train our dog. He helped us become better and more confident dog parents. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend him to anyone dealing with behavioral issues or wanting a healthier relationship with their dog.

It was also difficult for us to get his attention with commands during walks initially. From the very first session, it was clear how patient, intuitive, and skilled Tim is. My dog Bean is 6 years old, and Tim showed us that age is absolutely not a barrier. Just as importantly, Tim taught me how to be a better handler. He broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand, empowering, and encouraging, and gave me real, practical tools to help Bean become a better listener and walker. With continued exposure, Bean has made tremendous progress, far beyond what I expected at this stage, and it's all thanks to Tim's guidance and expertise. We have been having issues with burrs in our backyard getting stuck in her curly fur (she is a goldendoodle) and he took care of that for me. Now we are set for the summer, and I don't have to worry about digging out burrs on a daily basis. This service makes it so convenient for our family. The added charges feel excessive, especially when availability could simply be declined if they are fully booked for boarding that day. (Like other facilities) Pickup and drop-off window times are very limited, particularly on weekends with verrry little flexibility. Communication can also be frustrating, as phone calls often go unanswered, and reminders about pickup times can feel overly aggressive. While the facility is aesthetically impressive, the overall cost and rigid policies, staff may not justify the value for many pet owners.

During that visit, Justine explained the Gold Lifetime program ($1,895) and said she would come to my home about every 2-3 weeks for continued training. Based on that explanation, I decided to purchase the program. However, the first session under the program lasted only about 30 minutes. When I asked about the next visit, Justine said future sessions would be done through FaceTime instead of in-home training. During the initial lesson, I clearly explained that Happy does not pull on the leash. Despite this, Justine brought a metal collar designed to prevent pulling and tried to put it on Happy, which was confusing and disappointing. I also explained that because Happy is a small dog, I wanted to learn proper heel training so he could walk safely beside me. Instead, Justine said it was fine for him to walk behind me. I do not feel this is safe for a small dog, as he could easily pick something up from the ground or encounter larger dogs from behind. As a result, I paid $1,895 but received only one 30-minute in-person session. My request for a partial refund or reassignment to another trainer was denied. I am sharing this experience so that other customers can fully understand the training approach and contract terms before committing. Clarification: The three-hour visit mentioned by the trainer, Justine, refers to the separate $300 initial lesson, which I paid for in advance and which actually lasted about 2.5 hours. The first session under the $1,895 Gold Lifetime program lasted about 30 minutes. Update: The owner responded claiming I "refused to book lessons." Attached are text screenshots proving the opposite. When I requested in-person visits every 2 weeks, the trainer replied: "I don't work that way" and offered only FaceTime instead. I did not refuse -- the trainer refused to provide the service I paid for.

    Been taking my 10 month old Min Pin Vinnie here for about 5 months now and honestly we love it!…read more This facility does a great job hiring really quality trainers (Donna, Jillian, Kody, Melanie just the awesome ones I've had the honor and pleasure of working with so far) that genuinely care about their clients and fur attachments (babies). It's made these classes invaluable and let me tell you some reasons why ... - your fur babies get trained via the knowledgeable, incredibly patient trainers training YOU, the parent (handler) - the social environment with other dogs and people around WHILE your baby gets trained by what you learn (they get used to all the distractions like in the outside world) as they are learning and it becomes a norm for them and helps with less skiddish behavior and able to focus better even with distractions - the variety of classes ... from beginner puppy to advanced levels and fun classes like different Agility class levels and even Pilates and playgroups for different sizes and personality types of dogs - did I mention the awesome trainers? They are always willing to answer your questions and eager to help in whatever way they can. This I signed up for the VIP program and honestly was a bit hesitant at first because of the price. But it really has been money so well spent. Don't get me wrong ... you have to put your time into it too in doing what you learned in class while at home and really thru-out any time you are not in class but talk about setting your dog up for success! It helps ease a lot of frustration between you and your dog when you help them understand you and you understand them so much more thru the bonding in this process of learning. Recently, the team and clients experienced a tragic loss of one of the staff, Jaime. His absence has been felt by all. This week we met two new additions to the team, Ryan and Erik. Both are amazing!!! They complement the existing staff as well as embracing the clients. They bring a positive vibe to an already excellent team.
