We stopped in at Meyer's for a late lunch today; we hadn't been there for a couple years, so we…read morewere a bit surprised that, despite it being 1:45 on a Sunday afternoon, that there weren't more people - it was ALWAYS busy, no matter what time of day. We did note there were some not so good reviews, so......?? But we were very glad we stayed! Our server, Jay, was extremely friendly, answered our questions, and took good care of us without being intrusive. My husband had the Sunday special baked chicken, which came with parsley buttered potatoes, green beans, and a mound of stuffing under the at least three pieces of tender, moist chicken, and a fresh and crisp tossed salad. He thought the chicken was absolutely delicious. I had the liver and onions dinner, also served with parley buttered potatoes and green beans, and I chose a cup of chicken vegetable soup. The soup was very good and loaded with diced carrots, which I love. The liver was cooked just right, and as it was thinly cut, it had such tenderness, and as an onion lover, I very much appreciated the huge mound of sautéed onions accompanying the meat. I will say that the beans and potatoes needed more seasoning, and extra salt and pepper helped out, but even the liver needed it. My husband thought the veggies also needed salt. A small chunk of sliced bread was served; it was rather dried out, so we passed. While we both had food, primarily some of our potatoes and his stuffing, left over, we chose not to box it up and take it, as we had errands on the way home and didn't want to risk spoilage in the warm car. I say this only because the portions were so large - and my entree was supposed to be a "light" portion! We'll definitely be back, as we had very good meals for good prices; next time, we'll be sure to bring a cooler!

I liked how the food tasted, and how Julia, our server, gave us great customer service. The quality…read moreand amount of the food my aunts and I orders was the perfect amount.

Professional, packed dance floor all night, & great staff!!…read more As a bride, for me, a packed dance floor is a sign of a successful party...Craig's team did not disappoint!! Craig had a great read of the room. I made a request during dancing and within seconds Craig was able to create a mash-up. Throughout the night they checked in with me and wanted to ensure that all songs I wanted to hear were played. Weeks before the wedding, we meet virtually two different times to go over my vision, finalize the reception timeline, and announcements to make. I first saw All-Star Music at a wedding I went to and now one of my bridesmaids booked him for her wedding!

Craig has a website where brides and grooms can log on and create a list of song requests, special introductions, dances - you name it. He called to check in with me about a week before the wedding and asked really thoughtful questions, things I hadn't even considered. And then, the night of... He was an adorable emcee, very enthusiastic and great with keeping us on track. He actually started earlier than we requested when the ceremony turned out to be shorter than expected. And once it was time to boogie, he kept the dance floor packed for four solid hours. He never went for the cliche, current pop sensation of the moment, he picked a lot of classics that had everyone on their feet. And he continued to check in with me, even making sure that one slightly inappropriate song request was okay with me. We had people dancing all the way up until the very last song. PLEASE hire this man. You won't regret it. Thanks, Craig!!!!
