If you do get a buyer go to the office with them. Or they will try and deter them from your property. and try and sale them something they can profit from. It's been going on 3 WEEKS now and not a word. Luckily we found somewhere else to live however I find it completely strange they take your $45 and never contact you again. Aside from that the first time we went to take the application fee to him, he had a sign on the door stating he would return at 2:15... come 2:30 there was STILL no one in the office!! I lived on the other side of town and still had to get my child from school. The people who were working on the lobby couldn't even figure out where he had gone and/or why. Very shady if you ask me and I would be weary of going here and ESPECIALLY of giving them the $45 application fee because you'll probably never hear from them again.

Talking to the people in the office is useless. They seem to have the intelligence of a 3rd grader. In 1 month I will be 80 years old. the last time I talked to the office personel I could have ended up in jail.They do not listen to common sense. I just received a bill for over $1000.00 I don' believe I have ever been that angry in my life.Our average water bill was always around 30 dollars. My daughter took the bill over to the office and as usual the main man was not there. He was supposed to call her back, A week later we received a late charge via a certified letter.

Their price was almost half of the other bids we received. The work only took one day and both of the guys were incredibly friendly and fun as they worked. This company uses galvanized metal parts - essential for the salt air in Florida. In our case, they left the existing anchors in place and added the new pieces next to them, according to code. The house actually felt more secure underfoot after they were done. Perhaps that's because they added an extra support column where they noted we needed it. They also solved a drain problem we didn't know about (a plumber had left a pipe leaking). And they performed a "skirting switch-aroo" for me, moving some skirting that had paint on it behind bushes and putting the prettiest pieces in front. I mean, how great is that?? We met with Steve and his wife Dawn at a restaurant to sign the contract and gave them half of the money up front, then paid the rest (plus a tip!) upon completion. I recommend Steve and his company highly. We couldn't be happier with their work!
