Moved here 2023 moved out 2025. The place isn't adequately…read moreup to date and is constantly being cited by code enforcement regarding property problems they refuse to address. Pushed all the renters out to just to sale the homes so beware of the trailer you intend to purchase. The trailer I was moved into in 2023 had termites and I didn't find out until a year in only after my old water heater broke which was 20 years old btw and should have been replaced years ago , other issues consisted of structural damages, pest, mold and mildew, half rigged appliances. Maintenance is a complete joke and nonexistent they help they hire would mostly be undocumented workers paid in cash do not let them in your homes ! The laundry facility doesn't work and hasn't worked for the past two years , they removed the playground for children and never replaced it, no pool, says animals are not allowed however stray animals are always present. I would not recommend anyone to rent or buy here.

I sold my home there and Jan prolonged the sale, she didn't get my title. Anyway I finished the sale myself. You do not need to sign a contract for them to sale your home. If you do get a buyer go to the office with them. Or they will try and deter them from your property. and try and sale them something they can profit from. And the yard people could careless about blowing stuff on your vehicles. I guess the office will fix a broken glass... Really not under good management or sales leasing.

It's been going on 3 WEEKS now and not a word. Luckily we found somewhere else to live however I find it completely strange they take your $45 and never contact you again. Aside from that the first time we went to take the application fee to him, he had a sign on the door stating he would return at 2:15... come 2:30 there was STILL no one in the office!! I lived on the other side of town and still had to get my child from school. The people who were working on the lobby couldn't even figure out where he had gone and/or why. Very shady if you ask me and I would be weary of going here and ESPECIALLY of giving them the $45 application fee because you'll probably never hear from them again.
