I was scheduled for a service window between 8:30-10:00 AM this past Friday, and right at 8:00 AM I received a confirmation call from Laura, which I really appreciated. Even better, Pierce arrived promptly, just after 8:30AM and appeared extremely professional and ready to get to work. Pierce was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I showed him the issues I was having with a toilet and two sinks, and he carefully explained what was going on in a way that made complete sense. He stepped back out to his van to coordinate with Laura on pricing, and within minutes had clear, straightforward options with numbers for me on how we could approach the problems. The pricing was very reasonable, and they even offered bundling discounts, which made it an incredible value! (Especially for the level of professionalism and quality service they provide.) It is rare to find a company where you genuinely feel comfortable having someone in your home, but that's exactly how I felt with Pierce. From the moment you meet him, you know you can trust him -- supervised or unsupervised -- to do the job correctly and with integrity. They said the pipe was old and rested so they cut a hole in my kitchen floor about the size of a shoebox they replaced the pipes they did not put a snake in the drain the water was running and it wasn't backing up when they left I turned the water on and let it run to see if it was going to back up and it did they charged me over 700 dollars to replace a PVC pipe a plastic pipe and they never ran a snake in a drain they said we had to make an appointment for them to come back out they came back out the next day and charge us almost $300 to run a snake in a drain something that they were supposed to do when they were first there. There was no No warranty nothing they left a gaping big hole under the kitchen sink and they charged us for 2 days over $1,000. It was two guys that barely said two words to me and my husband they were rude they didn't close up the hole under my sink I will never ever suggest keep the plumber to nobody there's no way in the world that I should have paid almost $1,000 to change a PVC pipe and to snake the drain no warranty whatsoever on their work do not use Keith the plumber.

I did a google search to find a company that had good ratings. I found Mr. Drippy Plumbing. Seemed like a good company. Promptness: The way Mr. Drippy works on the potential of needing a new hot water heater is them come to your residence to check your appliance. This is not my first rodeo on replacing Hot Water Heaters, A/C units, Appliances and more. I expected to get a time to visit in about a week. Instead, it was the next day. Add to that, they showed up on time. I was shocked. Be A Smart Consumer: I knew from the start, fixing my unit was going to be a segway to replacing it. That is way looking at my issue was not a charge. I also knew, once they saw the unit, the comparison pricing for fixing and new unit would be the sales presentation. Based on my location and needs, I researched the approximate pricing of the replacement, removal, parts and labor. My HOA has a rule to only use licensed and insured venders, or I would do what I used to do. Buy the unit, hire a non-licensed or insured vendor and same money. NOT THIS TIME. Who knows what can happen and the HOA would come back to me. Service Provided: I was presented the numbers and surprise, I selected to purchase a new unit. To my surprise, it was installed that same day. The installer was a true professional. The unit brand was American which is middle quality. The price was higher than what I expected however I paid a bit more because of the great communication I was given throughout the process. Sometimes, we have to give credit to a good company during this challenging times. Issue With the Installation: I live on the third floor with units on the second and first floors. It seems, when the water from my old water heater unit was disposed of, it made a leak in the pipes for the 1st floor unit. I was very upset at first. Then Mr. Drippy Sent in a manager, followed by a water repair company that same day. I called the day after to see what the situation was and the repair was in process. Throughout this situation, I communicated with all parties especially the HOA in great detail. I waited two weeks to write this review. It seems the issue is resolved. Conclusion: Hiring professionals that are licensed, insured and reviews mostly well makes a difference. Will you have to pay a little more, yes. It is worth it, yes. Would I do business with these folks again, yes. Simple as that.

J.T. and the men in his crew were professional and extremely nice to me and my husband. J.T. repaired all of the plumbing problems expertly and efficiently. I certainly appreciate all of the work J.T. and his crew did at our house. I recommend Mr. Drippy Plumbing, and I would call them again if I have plumbing issues in the future.
