Monday came no delivery but got an email saying delivery delayed until Tuesday. Tuesday came and no delivery but another email saying delivery delayed until Wednesday. Friday we finally got delivery. The exact thing happened this month and hopefully delivery is tomorrow (Friday). Last month they failed to pick up half the empty bottles that were left out. You cannot talk to anyone locally as all calls are routed to a call center. From the heavy, hard to understand accents of the call center people it sounds like the Philippines. Call center people tell you they don't have a supervisor that I can talk to and they can't transfer me to a local number. Last chance is tomorrow... then I'm done!
