So I schedule a delivery. The day before I get message to carry the empties outside for pickup. I carry all the bottles downstairs for pickup. The next day there is no delivery, I dont get a message or anything, I get on the website and see the delivery is rescheduled. I carry the bottles back in the house. The next week the same thing. Carry the bottlers out , no delivery, no call. This has canned 4-5 times in a row! I have been without water for a month and I am paying a monthly fee for the cooler which I am not using because I dont have water. I call and wait 45 min to talk to someone and they schedule another deliver that never comes. I would really appreciate a call from this company ( supervisor ) and from the local branch manager to explain to me why the service is so terrible. Foolishly, I signed up for water delivery with this company before reading any reviews for them. I signed up last week and was scheduled for delivery Tuesday, May 11. They could not tell me what time, or even a window of time, that the delivery person would arrive. The site does have something similar to the Dominoes Pizza Tracker (pictured) that told me that my shipment was out for delivery, today. After all day of waiting and no notification, no email, no phone call l, no NOTHING, I decided to check the tracker again, and it now says that they are preparing my order and delivery will take place on Wednesday, May 12. They did not even notify me of any changes, and after reading the reviews online, this seems to be par for the course. I've now been on hold for more than 45 minutes so that I can cancel the entire service as I cannot put up with this kind of service. You would think that after all of these negative reviews they would have improved by now. Take it from me: They have not. 3 days later, let me add that Josè responded to my original post. No one has responded to my actual email, so the responses on Yelp are undoubtedly a bot or a social media fixer with now power to correct anything. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I was trying to avoid leaving a 1 star review, but I have no choice at this point. They have missed 4 deliveries. We have empty bottles sitting in our driveway waiting to be collected. We live on an island with terrible water filtration, so we are now having to go to the store and buy it, which is exactly what we were trying to avoid, both for the hassle and to reduce the amount of plastic waste. If you have walked by or driven by my house and seen this sitting out front all week. I'm not crazy and it's not new yard decor. We have had crystal spring water service for like 6 months and every 2 weeks there was an issue with service. Like the wrong amount of bottles....saying they delivered it and never did...last week was the last straw. The driver said he delivered my water on Wed and he didn't. I called and they promised me it would be out first thing Friday morning. It didn't come so I called them around noon and said Easter is Sunday and I have family and friends coming over and I have no water. They said the driver would call me with an ETA. Which they've said multiple times before. The driver never has called me even though they say he will. Well he didn't this time either! They then said sorry but we can't come out till Monday! Which meant I had no water for Easter even though I paid for 3 five gallon bottWell Monday came and they never brought it. So I called them and told them their stuff would be outside and I want my money back for the water I never got. They said they would pick it up Tuesday morning. It's now Friday and it's still sitting out there. The moral of the story....don't get service from Crystal Springs. I just got a new cooler and water this morning from Le Blue and they said so far this week alone they have had to replace service from 3 crystal spring customers. To say they have poor customer service would imply that there was a level of it that existed at all. There is a complete absence of service. It is like they go out of their way to make things difficult. We had a water cooler that did not work upon arrival and I would call every week and they would tell me it was coming that day and it never arrived- apparently it was backed up for months, but they kept telling me it was coming. Meanwhile, all the water kept arriving. then it took weeks of fighting to get it taken off my bill. I ultimately ended up having to buy it separately when I realized it was never going to arrive.. Every time I need to change a pick up or delivery time it's a production or doesn't happen. We plan to cancel as soon as we can find a new provider. The water is fine. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could! Before I moved I never had an issue. But they have missed and rescheduled my appointment 6 times within a week! I've called customer service everytime and they have no clue what's going on? They've called the branch manager 3 times to see what's going on and every time he doesn't answer!!? Route driver accidentally picked up my cooler unit when he was supposed to just do an on site cleaning. 4 days later and 8+ phone calls, broken promises of having supervisors, route managers, regional managers call me to rectify the situation. Not ONE has reached out. Finally had to cancel after giving them plenty of time to fix the situation and no one in customer service cares. This company is horrible in every way! Rude customer service, delivers sparatic or never. They missed 2 deliveries and on the 3rd attempt dropped off 15 giant bottles. Then stated they delivered on time. Their accounting system is awful. Got emails stating paid and ready for delivery. Then nothing, called CS and they admitted they have problems with their billing system. We get charged for items not delivered as well. They do not have any competition and act like it. Crystal springs water. It's an alias. The distributor is actually PRIMO WATER (or Water.com)I give them zero stars. I live in the woods on Edisto island. I signed up in December 2021. For three months the company was alright. Then my delivery was 1 week late then two weeks and none at all. Their customer service representatives were very understanding and kind. I talked to the district managers a few times Still no service. I talked to supervisors they were kind and understanding. No water. Finally I terminated service December 2022. I now have empty bottles and cooler. They were supposed to pickup December 22,2022. Guess what. They didn't show up. Oh, by the way the lady in accounting sound very cheerful to cancel my account. Great tasting water. Our favorite. Abysmal customer service and lazy delivery. Delivery guy lied saying he dropped off bottles when he didn't. Our doorbell camera showed this. He was a no call no show two times. I called to make note to please not leave the bottles at the bottom of the steps. He did. He left glass bottles on wooden porch steps where sunlight made burn marks. Burn marks in several spots actually. Almost lit my freaking porch on fire. I wrote them days ago and have not been contacted about it. No call no shows, lying about delivery, property damage and no follow up from company. It's a shame. We loved the water. read more

I wouldn't recommend them for office services. They've rescheduled service to our office half a dozen times, only informing us that they would not be arriving as scheduled after we've contacted them to ask why they missed their appointment. That's not really acceptable to begin with, but it's certainly not acceptable multiple times. After promising a replacement system to the one that broke down, we have now gone two weeks without a replacement coffee pot. I had to bring my personal pot from home to keep the folks here caffeinated. We're out of water, creamer, etc. and ready to switch companies. They haven't provided us a point of contact, so we have the joy of speaking to a different service representative and explaining the situation in full every time we call. No one reaches out to us to preemptively update us on the status of the repair/replacement. If you value your time, you'll look elsewhere for service. read more

Asked them to put my account on hold in August because I had too much water. They said no problem. A few months the later I ask for delivery again and without sending me any bills they sent me to collections saying I owed them over $400. I got the service through Costco whom I would normally trust to have dealings with a more upstanding company. read more
